I have just had a callout from Appliance Repair Man. Vad, the technician arrived on time as agreed, even though it was 19:00 on a Friday evening and carried out the repairs of my washing machine to get it up and running again. Vad was happy to talk me through the process he followed what was wrong and how to address it again if ever it comes up. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the price for coming out and rectifying everything.
I recently had to renew my passport and get my Smart ID card. I spend the best part of 2 hours in the queues at the Edenvale home affairs department, having arrived at 6:30 on Saturday morning. The processing and payment was done quickly and efficiently. My ID smartcard took two days and i was notified via SMS and another 2 days and my passport was ready. <br> <br> The level of service has improved dramatically since I last renewed my passport, the strides made can only be commended and I am vary happy with the level of service from the Edenvale DHA.
I placed an order with Netflorist yesterday (22/12/2015) for delivery this morning, when I walked into work there was my delivery ready and waiting. <br> <br> I have used Netflorist multiple times and their efficiency and deliveries have never let me down. Exceptional service and delivery tracking as always and a pleasure to deal with. <br>
I had arranged for my new credit card to be delivered between 13:30 and 14:00 this afternoon, there has been no delivery thus far. I have received a missed call from a number that is now permanently unavailable, so i don't have a clue if that was the driver or not<br> <br> This is the second credit card i have had delivered by Mr Delivery Express and they are always a disaster. The first credit card i had an issue with as i didn't have a proof of address that was acceptable, and I asked for this to be changed to a collection at the Greenstone branch and gave explicit instructions for this, to my surprise three days later another Mr Delivery driver pitches up with my credit card. <br> <br> I find this completely unacceptable and actually disturbing that simple instructions cannot be followed, i am not happy with some pathetic delivery service driving around with my credit card for several days before doing the wrong thing again regarding the delivery.<br> <br> I love using FNB as my bank, the promotions and the ease of use are second to none. Maybe it is time to consider another delivery service that actually has the same values as you do as Mr Delivery are letting you down completely
I went with my in-laws from the USA to Cappucino's Greenstone Mall for a quick lunch before they flew back to the USA. It took close on an hour to get our drinks, with no explanation was to what was going wrong. The waiters were unfriendly and did not have a clue what they were doing, the manager was even worse. The manager treated his staff like animals and had several, what can only be described as, verbal assaults on them in the middle of the restaurant. <br> <br> The drinks were horrible, cold coffee and watery milkshakes after an hour of waiting. <br> <br> I won't be going to a Cappucino's ever again after the experience at Greenstones. I am not prepared to waste money on rubbish food/drinks and a really bad atmosphere.
