I have app**** for a loan, i have disclosed that i do have my name listed on ITC, This company as called me numerous times , insisting on my banking details without a proper contract in place. And a particular agent Jacqueline, so called (senior agent) was absolutely rude. All i ask for is proper information and a proper contract.
To whom it may concern, i formally have to say , i am a 45 year old adult, and i have never come across such hopeless service in my life. i have complained already about your poor service on Hello Peter just a few days ago, till now i have not received the internet service that was promised to me , today is Day 15, when i phone the customer services dept, its the same excuse, like a broken record , they will escalate my complaint to the technical division as there is nothing they can do, 15 days late , ive never received the internet the i was promised upon the sale being done. you guys have even changed the router , and still nothing.... When i except your services, YOUR agent today me that the area that i live in as excellent coverage. I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS ISSUE REST. NEXT STEP , THE COMSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM ,and i will go as far as the Ombudsman... and as soon as i lodge this complaint, i will receive an automated response , and still no assistance. i have been down this road with you guys , last night i called in and spoke to a consult - Gopal (poor service), then i spoke to his manager - Ayushi Mane ( useless , i cant understand how she holds a post of authority, and she is so useless)
I received my Rain 5G modem, on the 31 January 2024 , and i was promised that upon receiving this i would have working internet, its 05 Feb 2024, and nothing , and with numerous calls to their call center, I have been hearing the same excuses, Technicians will contact me, and i should be up and running soon.... and again, nothing! I am continuously calling. On Saturday i made a list of everyone that i spoke to - Lumka( Absolutely Poor), Sandeep , Maansi( Very poor) , Isaac and final Sanskruti ( Shift Supervisor ), Sanskruit promised me that she is personally handling my situation and that she will give me some feedback within 24 hours,and yet again nothing. Very poor Service Provider, and the staff , they have no idea how the company is run, constantly giving false promises and no delivery of quality.
Two years ago , I signed up with the Gym Company (Randburg Square ) , at this stage the gym was under construction and I was promised that the gym will open 2013 December , came December the gym was still under construction, nor correspondence sent to me , January 2014 , I enquired again , again still under construction , then March 2014 , I had to relocate to Durban , I went to the mall and I was greeting by the sales rep, who took me to the entrance of the gym where a senior person was seated , I explained that I am relocating to Durban , if there is a gym in Durban , I would like to transfer my membership, the rep explained to me that there was no gyms in Durban , then I asked to cancel my membership , as I have never used the Randburg gym due to it still being under construction and importantly I was moving .... the rep took my details download and also agreed to me of the poor correspondence with clients., and told me that he will have my contact terminated , seeing that he had the company t-shirt on, sitting with all the other reps , I was quiet at ease < now im getting billed for a contract that I am not using , Sadly there is no head office and there is no management avaibl
