False advertising
My little one 7years old needs glasses and her school told me about Specsavers Kids rights to Food sight policy thing. Which I googled and see I had to make a online booking, which I tried but with no luck as all slots are fully booked for 3 months in advance which I can understand. The part I don't understand is the following: There was no booking spaces available ANYWHERE in North-West, however there's another click here if you need a quicker appointment or something like that. Then all of a sudden there is space available if a parent goes for an eye test as well which cost what....R500???? So in fact this is not a FREE service. There is NOTHING wrong with my eyes yet I have to pay for an eye test just to get a booking for mt child cause for the next 3 months your are fully booked BUT if I pay for myself then there's space available????? Please explain!! I send this exact message to the agent on Whatsapp and this was the reply I got. Yes, this is correct. Due to the high demand of this offer these timeslots fill up quickly. You have the option to book a joint appointment for you and your child. I still don't understand if the slots fill up how does it get unfilled when there money involved. I will take my daughter on the 23rd of May 2024 for her eye test and I will not pay for mine as this is false advertising and I hope for everyone's sake that she gets her eyes checked. Thank you.

No joy with refund!! Just being ignored by Technicol SA
I have been trying to get a refund from them as my son did not re-write his exams. I have been sending emails yet no response from them, I am being ignored. Very bad service, very!!!

Hisense Washing Machine the WORST!!
I bought my Hisense Bubble Clean 13kg through Takealot a year ago. 3 months earlier the spinner started giving problems, Technician came out and fixed it. Now again 3 months later washing machine is not washing. I have noticed about 2 months ago that my daughter's clothes from preschool goes in dirty and after washing it's looking exactly the same still dirty!! Most of the time I have to wash them again by hand to get rid of the stains. I work in hospitality and my husband on the mine. I and do not have the time or the energy to struggle with washing machines late at nite!!!! This can't carry on like this. I need a new washing machine!! My washing is piling up and it takes FOREVER for them to contact you not even speaking about the time for a technician to come out!! The last time.e it took over a week for someone to assist me!! Either new washing machine or my money back!!!!!

The number that they provide does not exist!! They promise to remove your name as soon as the debt is paid and then you can't get hold of them and the debt still remains on your credit profile.

Telkom Mobile - Worst network ever!!!!!
Sick and tired of Telkom mobile!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm trying to port my number since the 3rd of May 2019!!!!!! No luck!! Every time I have to phone to ask what the hell is going on and every time i get the same story... Please sms again as it's not showing on our system!!! TODAY, 27/05/2019 I had to phone again since i have done the PORTME# 4 times already and still nothing...NOW TODAY I'm told they can see it there but it was interrupted what the agggghhhhhh!!! USELESS!!!!!! What is going on at Telkom??????? I have a freakin FNB sim card which means I can only load airtime from my FNB bank account which I don't have ANYMORE!!!! That means I can not put airtime to send your freakin SMS's!!!!!!! I have to find someone with an FNB bank acount to load airtime for me to send the stupid sms's!!!!!! I'm gatvol now!!! GATVOL!!!!!! 1 ****** month to port a number!!!!!! It's ridiculous!!!! Where have you ever seen something like that!!!!!!

MISLEADING ELDERY PEOPLE
My mother, Afrikaans lady 72 years of age, does not understand a word of English she says YES to everything was contacted by a telesales consultant a while ago regarding magazines etc. They have added magazines and benefits to her account that totals to the amount of R118.48. She was complaining to me about Foschini and the fact that she pays her instalment each month of R230.00 as per her statement and what they tell her when she pays her account every month and she never gets credit, so I did my little investigation and found that the above is the problem. 3 magazines, LSP and acc benefits added to her account yet the statement shows what is my instalment R230.00. Now she's in arrears with R360.00 obviously because she's not paying for the extra charges. Letter of demand are being issued and extra charges for sms and collection letters are being issued!! This is unacceptable!!! Consumer protection rights are in place for a reason, this is unethical business operation and I expect this arrears amounts to be reversed and cancel all benefits and magazines etc whatsoever. In future when you do contact my mother make sure you have someone that can speak her language!! Thank you
