They refuse to cancel my membership. I sent various mails to Southdowns telling them to cancel my membership. They do not even reply. Escalated to head office still no reply
PPS are thieves. They deducted a debit order in June even though I cancelled in April. It has been a month wherein they promised to return the money but they do not. They do not even respond to my mails, despite escalating and mailing them every day.
Please do not apply to bank with Nedbank. They are the most useless bank there is. It took me 10 telephone calls to follow up on a new credit card application. I was never informed that my application is successful. Just to find out o 26 November that my card is lying there since 8 November. I was suppose to get face-to-face delivery but then was informed if I want my card this week I must go to a branch. Stood there for 45 minutes (despite being number 1 in line) to get my card. Was not informed that I will not be able to do internet banking or that my limit will be R1.00. Spent 45 minutes on the phone and now all of a sudden I have to go back to a branch in order to register for online banking and increase my limit to more than R1.00.
