Ordered parts almost a month ago. Status just stayed on in progress. Staff not willing to assist and that is IF you get hold of them. Been requesting a cancelation and refund and have had no feedback from them.

So I have been with Webafrica for a few years now on the DSL side, but with Telkom not bothering to fix the line I decided to go with Webafrica's Cell C LTE service. Using this service has driven me to the point of having to make other people aware of the appalling service received from Webafrica support. My call tickets are being closed without resolution or the ones that stay open remain unattended. Numerous chats, phone calls and call tickets later I am no better off having a stable internet connection at home. I sure hope Webafrica does not expect me to pay for all the time this service has been off. I own a BMW motorcycle, and required some odds and sods that fall off during riding.<br> I had tried to get into contact with some BMW second hand spares dealers but to no avail.<br> I then humored myself and contacted the BMW dealer in question, I was put through to Yolandi and I explained my predicament.<br> She was very helpful in sending me screen grabs to ensure we order the correct parts, and to my surprise the parts were not as expensive as i thought it would be. So throughout the communications with Yolandi she remained very professional, had excellent communications etiquette and went out of her way to order the parts I need. <br> Auto Alpine Boksburg shall see my business again as they may be put on a pedestal to show other dealers how service should be delivered and how business should be done.
