Great Builder
* Gary devoted his attention to our job - he was there, on site, either managing or getting involved. The only time he was off site was when he was out getting materials.<br> * He was there on time, with all his staff EVERY SINGLE DAY.<br> * He is a great communicator. His phone is always on and he always picks it up.<br> * He has chosen his staff well and has a team of hardworking, trustworthy guys.<br> * In the case of subcontractors, he uses people that he knows do quality work.<br> * Nothing was ever too much trouble. He just got things sorted out.<br> * Even if we asked him to do something and then changed our minds later, he never hesitated to change it and always said that his aim was for us to be happy with the final product.<br> * He is very open and honest about what he can take on and what he can't.<br> * He was exceptionally honest in all his dealings with us and we never felt as though there was anything hidden.<br> * Gary understands that building is exceptionally stressful for all involved and did his best to help us manage that.<br> * Gary really went the extra mile in every way and for that we'd happily recommend him.

Every time I go to the spares department at Barons Tokai I'm so impressed with John Garcia.<br> <br> He really does go the extra mile - every time! <br> <br> He knows the parts system and the vehicles well, but he is outstanding because has always has a 'can-do' attitude.<br> <br> He gives discount where possible and the parts are always there on time.<br> <br> He really does add positively to the reputation of Barons Tokai!

All I need to try and do is change my postal address.<br> <br> I've been phoning to try and find out how but my faithful old bank prefers to discourage you communicating with humans.<br> <br> Are there still any humans left at the bank to talk to?<br> <br> The best option I could follow by the prompts said that I'll need to enter in my account number .....AND MY PIN!!!<br> <br> Standard Bank is forever saying that they will never ask you to confirm your PIN number!!! <br> <br> Forget it. Give me a human.<br> <br> Can I please just change my address. Why is this so hard?

Protect our children
When parents take their kids to movies or for that matter when kids go alone, we unfortunately have to trust the age restrictions published with movies. That's fine and it's up to us whether we want to trust those guidelines.<br> <br> However, what I want to know is why Ster Kinekor insists on screening trailers for movies that are far above the age restriction of the movie that the child has gone to watch.<br> <br> When movie house managers are questioned on this, they just say, \It's not my fault

The staff at Computer Mania in Tokai couldn't be nicer.<br> <br> They are computer geeks with a difference - they care about the customer, look you in the eye and have a great sense of humour.<br> <br> Last week, the manageress and all three guys at the front desk went above and beyond to help and they got a well deserved sale.<br> <br> I would highly recommend them and I'll be going back next time I need anything!
