Yesterday at 16:20 barcode 09540-090108496-180394 which was my Lotto ticket bought from Shoprite in Midrand boulders, look man, firstly I arrived at store wanting to buy my ticket and two ladies at money market were fixing machine, GOD knows what was happening in that store!!! I asked to be assisted and the short lady responded by saying wait there are people who came here 45minutes ago and still waiting, the network is not available, ....... So ur store in Midrand keep people for this long without assisted or calling IT technician, okay!!!! One other lady came to assist and printout my ticket but she took it with her telling me she was going to look for change!!! Aaayi!!! I was worried thinking why someone would take my ticket along only to find out I was told they still need to capture the ticket details!!!!! Why was I not told my ticket was also going to be captured.... I asked for manager *****gwa, she came and explain only to be told I can take my money and buy ticket somewhere, I told her I want another ticket not buying somewhere which was printed..... I think u guys take it light with the behaviour we receive from ur staff members...... The fact to be told I must wait for matchine to be fixed, and someone was already 45min earlier than me, or maybe is it because ur revenue is high so u think u must mistreat people, the fact that I was told only quick pick is available I can't play the numbers of my choice!!!! Such raises some concerns about the store and treatment!!!!! I have also escalated this matter to the CEO via Twitter so the world can see the type of environment we leave in, . pathetic for such a big store!!!!!
I had my profile deactivated after complaining regarding claim number: CL10191502.. I would have attached the document, even panel beaters are confused on how an insurance approves a claim only to replace oil filter, supplier sump and Engen oil to a none working motor vehicle instead of fixing it, I posted my complaint on 23 February 2026 at 16:29 I have screenshot, should my account be suspended or my complaint be deleted am calling my lawyers...
I think my posts are getting delete GOD knowz why, I want to expose the Prime insurance for a claim that was approved only to replace Engen oil, supplier sump and oil filter to a none running motor vehicle, we been taken to Pilar to post since the matter is escalated CL101915082 why is my complaint getting deleted, please contact Mbuso on 0790843039 and make arrangements am not going to stop now
What a pathetic experience ever with this insurance, how can an insurance company approve a claim and replace oil filter, supplier sump and Engen oil to a none working motor vehicle, so u call urself insurance company... On 19 Nombuso Biyela drove to Mpumalanga and nearly got involved in accident, thank GOD she was not hurt and she called insurance as car got damaged on the engine. Am surprised recently prime approved the claim CL101915052 but the only bought Oil Sump and Oil filters without replacing the engine or fixing the car, how possible it is not replace oil sump and filters without fixing it, is it even allowed to change oil On a none working engine. I need u guys to fix that car in Mpumalanga otherwise am taking this far call her now on 076 084 3039... Even after Access was pai Today!!! Guys stop insurance ur cars with this company
I booked for eye test from Specsavers from Boulders Mall in Midrand Johannesburg, I was assisted by an amazing frontlines by the name Nqobile, Guess what? π Not only that, I am glad to tell that I came to collect my spectacles in a three days period which was very same week of eye test, best feeling ever an amazing serviceππ This is an excellent service beyond recognition, I can never thank you guys in a different way, today I will drive with confidence at nightπ₯π― Thank u Nqobile and the rest of the team! π₯πππ₯³
Good day, Am in Shoprite BaraMall I was trying to pay for someone as I was buying groceries and ask a client if I should pay for them since am using a voucher.... The cashier by the name: Mokhathutshelo Molaudzi.... Ask the lady that Shoprite.... An now we are called in the office..an this witness explaining,,, something that is not on ...and Rahab refused do admit ....saying ungangijwayeli Kabi,,,, I need an apology..... Now they writing..... Now everyone is against.... Me including Isaac just because their Cashier said *ungangijwayeli amasimba*... I want the person who said am committing ***** and I want to speak to the CEO don't bother to call if you're a manager... Shoprite BaraMall managers allowing Cashier's to insult their customers!!!!! Guess what??? I have been listed for R863.00 which was refunded by Discover erroneously, now I am trying to get a letter to confirm payment arrangements or to pay this unauthorised amount that was paid they can't find my account. I contacted ITCBA am told I must contact Discovery yet the ****** company none of them are able to assist me.. I need this Discovery to find the ITC lawyers that listed me and contact me with full details. I have spent close to R200.00 even their agent none of them had said "let me call the manager or supervisor to assis" instead they send me pillar to post... Is this the way of doing things such a big company, ITC Business Administration doesn't even a working email address, but the dealing with clients, Discovery biggest company looses clients data... Can someone who can do their job call me ASAP!!!!!! ********** Last lady left me on the conference why!!! Because of incompetency she can't help no escalation, even previous lady had said I will call u back but how long do I have to wait..... HELP!!!! HELP!!!!π‘π‘π‘

I met a lady by the name of Busi Zondo who works for Cash Crusaders in Southdale. She was recently been transferred to Johannesburg residing in Vaal Tshepong. She was looking for a place around February 2023 stating that your Company places her in different areas without accommodation. I found her a place until such time she told me she was being transferred to Sasol leaving end of July 2023. Here's a thing, I used to ask her to print my assessment, since she had access to print I even collected a washing machine after she bought one from the store but apparently she left with my expensive Watch (Police) and some Tupperware. I can't trace her now and I want CashCrusaders to trace her for me and ask her to bring my staff. This shows that even where she is going people are going to loose their staff because she is a *****, how can you leave premises with someone's belongings, I can't get hold of her and her number is 0672432228 I humbly ask for your assistance my number is 0764859718 and I hope for positive response
