I am extremely frustrated with the poor service at Pick n Pay. This is the most convenient store for me, but the experience is consistently disappointing. There are 9 tills available, yet only 2 are usually open (one of them being the cigarette counter). This happens regularly during month-end, weekends, and rush hour when queues are at their worst. I have complained to management several times, but nothing has changed. Today I spent 20 minutes in the queue, asked to see the manager, and they refused to come out. After a long day and rushing from traffic, I was left standing in line unnecessarily, only to be ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, and it feels like customers are not being considered at all. I hope Pick n Pay takes this feedback seriously and improves customer experience.

I had a wonderful 5 Star experience with these guys. They have a WhatsApp system that gives you all the info about your delivery and as soon as its out you get notified. I was notified that my parcel will be delivered Friday and i send them a WhatsApp to request it to be delivered earlier they promised between Thursday and Friday and today i got my delivery. Excellent service. Thank you keep it up.
Would never advice anyone to sign up with Webafrica, My line has been down for 4 weeks now did everything i could to report well no one cares. Can I add that you cant call the only thing you can do is send a WhatsApp and you get horrible service. Im just waiting for them to remove their things so i can actually get proper service from people that are serious with offering a service. I have never seen anything like this.

For two weeks now i have been truing to contact them after paying and they do not respond to emails. The number on their website doesn’t go through. What level of incompetence is this???? I just need a working line to contact me for my refund as this is not the kind of service I paid for.
