Last year in September MyHeritage deducted R4200 from my credit card claiming it is for "subscription renewal" which I was unaware of and never approved by me. I immediately "unsubscribed" from "automatic renewal" on their website (that I was not aware of). On Friday, a year later, THEY DEDUCTED R2400 AGAIN! Also for subscription renewal. I attempted to contact them via email but am blatantly ignored. I have proof of email received last year that my subscription was cancelled.
I am trying to report a Hisense fridge that PACKED UP after 4 years. No reply to calls or emails or even Facebook - I am told they may contact me later this week!!
I have never ever had a problem and I am a frequent shopper! Fast delivery and well packaged.
No Pepsi has been delivered in the Free State at any outlets the past month. My problem is that I have sent Pepsi 3 emails [Email Removed] and posted on their facebook page twice and I get blatantly ignored! Not one attempt to contact me to explain why no stock gets delivered.
