Worst after sale experience ever. As explained by management, the company does not make much profit on a unit. Making it very competitive in the market, but that explains why the after-market sales are so poor. I have been trying for over a month to get a part for a unit that is registered at Forways Group under warranty, but just nothing. I need to follow up with them, and in every follow-up mail, there is something new to not provide the part. Unprofessional!
Do not take a any policy for severe illness with Sanlam. We have raised a claim 2 years ago and have spent thousands of rands in legal fees and Sanlam still have not paid out the policy. What makes it even worse is that the person claiming worked for Sanlam for over 20 years selling these same policies to others. Sanlam's response is that it is not their fault that he took out these policies.
I bought a indoor braai from Builders which was built in by a builder. The braai was used 3 times in a months time and it looks like a old braai that was installed years ago.<br> <br> It is my second Megamaster braai that I purchased from builders... Can't beleive the quality is so poor.<br> <br> Don't want anything from builders because the Management is also full of stories.
I am banking with ABSA for more than 10 years now. I took out insurance with ABSA for my car. 1 April 2015 I was in a accident. Yes ABSA paid out the money to fix my car., but it is almost a year later and I did not receive my excess back yet. If you phone ABSA they you stay on the line for more than 40 min. After than time has passed no one can help you! No one can help me by providing feedback on my case! <br> <br> I like to wonder if ABSA worries about losing clients, because I am on my way out!!!
I bough a No!No! from Groupon and is not satisfied with the product. Now the company that manufactured the product is passing the bucked!<br> <br> The company(No!No!) replied and stated the following:<br> <br> Please note that we do not use the same return policy as Groupon as they purchase the products from us and then resells them, the purchase was made under their terms and conditions and not ours. Thus we will not be able to assist you with a refund. The the manufacture of the product (No!No!) is shifting the problem to Groupon that only sells the product. I just want to inform you that NONO does not work for me at all. I bought it on groupon. Can't belive I wasted my money. You can't set the heat function. It sets itself. I have been using it almost 2 months now and I am back on my laser sessions that works.
2 Years ago I installed a new bathroom. The tiles I bought form Builders were faulty and Builders replaced the faulty tiles and installed the new tiles after 6 months. I was not satisfied with the builder Builders selected to fix the problem. <br> <br> Some time has passed and the job Builders did is going to cost me more money because they did not seal my shower floor properly and water damage is starting to appear against the walls.<br> <br> The tiler that installed the tiles the first time around used the right sealant for the floor. But I feel after Builders come and replaced the tiles, they did not installed it properly.<br> <br> Beware.
