I traded on Nurocapital platform and without my permission was transferred to Broxley and was promised good service and that I can withdraw money at any time. Every time when the financial advisors spoke to me they drove me mad by keep on asking me to invest more money on the platform. They swore and at a stage scream at me when I kept on telling them that I have no more money to put on the platform. I also mentioned that am okay to let the money that I have on the platform, grow till I can start to withdraw some money. I am now at a stage that I don’t want to be on their platform anymore and now they refuse to let my money be paid out to me. They keep on ignoring me. Looks like I am going to loose all my money.
With many emails between us they’ve refunded my money back I never authorised to be taken out of my account.
I had a problem with a suspected **** and wanted help. I contacted Just Answer for help and I was asked to pay a small fee that will be refunded to me, I think it was R14 and paid it. The so called expert could not really help me and said it looks like I was ****med, which I knew at the time. I wanted help and not conformation. Next moment R599 was deducted from my bank account without me authorised the payment. I also never accepted membership or joined the platform. Big if costs was explained to me I never saw that, maybe it was put in such way that I easily would missed it. I only joined today for a minute to try and explain that money was taken by them without me authorised it. I immediately cancelled the membership again before they take money from me again….. Now they say they are only a membership service. That was never discussed with me neither was fees discussed with me because obviously I would have not be interested to pay that kind of money for the kind of help I got….. I am so upset and unhappy. I am a poor man and they are doing this to me…🥲
Dear reader I wanted to go Cape Town to be with my family during the coming shut down in South Africa, I contacted Mercedes Menlyn and the receptionist as always have no telephone etiket. Eventually when I got through I ask them if they can help me with a service before I go to Cape Town, the person just blatantly said no, no explanation or reason. I always serviced my car with them since I bought it also from them with 7 km. on the clock. I then contacted Mercedes Centurion at 09:00 and spoke to the service manager. He promised to call me back and I waited until 16:24 before I received his call. He was willing to help me but insist that I must pay before he will allow me to take my car. I said that I always do a EFT payment when my car was serviced. He said that the car will then have to stay there until the payment reflects on their account. I don’t use a credit card but he said that is the only way he will allow me to take my car. He made me to feel like a criminal. I drive new Mercedeses every 3 to 4 years but this is the last one I will ever drive. I love Mercedes but now after a lot of bad services and experiences with them I feel chased away. I will now stay alone in my house for 21 days. Thank you Mercedes but I had enough. Regards Leon vd Merwe
