I AM LIVID I HAVE PAID Credit cards ****7015 WHICH HAS BEEN PAID UP IN MARCH THIS YEAR AND STILL IT SHOWS AS UNPAID MISSED PAYMENTS ECT: THIS IS A LIE - I EVEN HAVE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH THEM WHICH IS WELL MAINTAINED - HAVE CONTACTED TRUWORTHS WITH THIS AN I GET NO JOY SOMER 6 MISSED PAYMENTS BUT ITS BEEN PAID UP WOOOW

Loans ****4160 - R 6 905.00 WAS PAID BETWEEN MARCH AND MAY THIS YEAR AND IT IS STILL SHOWING AS OUTSTANDING I HAVE SEND EMAILS FROM JUNE 2025 TO RECTIFY THIS - THEY WIPPING THEIR BEHINDS OF THIS I HAVE A LETTER TO STATE THIS I HAVE SEND COUNTLESS EMAILS BEGGING PLEADING WITH THEM TO GT THIS SORTED - I AM GOING NOW TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO SUE THEM FOR WRONGFUL INFORMATION GIVING OUT SINCE THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID UP AND THEM ASSURING ME THE MATTER HAS BEEN SORTED WHICH CLEARLY IS NOT AS IT IS STILL SHOWING I DO HAVE SCREEN PRINTS OF IT - I AM NOW DONE WITH THIS

I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT OFF MY ONE ACCOUNT AT FOSCHINI ON 13/03/2025 IN FULL - ON THE EXPERIAN ITC LISTING IT SHOWS I HAVE MISSED 4 PAYMENTS IN 2 YRS - WOW THAT'S SOOOO FALSE AND INCORRECT AS I HAVE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS AND ITS UP TO DATE - HOW MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE HAS THIS PROBLEM

I AM LIVID AS I AM SITTING HERE - I AM GOING TO TAKE THESE PEOPLE NOW TO THE OMBUDSMAN - I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE MAY 2025 AFTER PAYING ALL MY ACCOUNTS UP WITH ATLAS STILL ON THE EXPERIAN ITC LIST AND I GATHER ON ALL THE OTHER ITC LISTINGS - THIS IS NOW ENOUGHT TRUST ME THIS IS FALSE AND INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO DOES ITC CHECKS AND THIS IS AFFECTING ME AND MY NAME BADLY WICH I DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO - I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN AND LEGAL TEAM TO SEE WHAT IS MY WAY FORWARD NOW - KLA I AM NOW DONE WITH NONSENSES

INCORRECT LISTING STILL ON THE ITC BUREAU
LISTING ON THE BUREAU ATLAS FINANCE - not doing their work correctly Hi - I had two loans with ATLAS FINANCE, and it was paid up between March and May 2025 - and to date they have not removed me from Transunion bureau and the turnaround was supposed to be 30 days from the date that it was paid. Just to find out no this is not how ATLAS Finance is working, I have sent numerous emails and made a lot of calls in the last 3 weeks trying to get the incorrect information removed to say I still owe them. But getting nowhere with them coming up with the excuse they take 30 working days to remove it well we now in October 2025 and the 30 days has elapsed 6 months ago I am trying to obtain a property but with this still showing as outstanding it's hindering me and it's not my fault - I have begged and pleaded to remove it I am so upset and angry with them this is not ethical. One was paid on the 17/03/2025 and the second one on 13/05/2025. I now went on Experian to find out my score to my dismay it still shows I owe ATLAS FINANCE once again on one account WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE!!!! AS BOTH HAS BEEN PAID UP AND I HAVE THE LETTERS THIS IS NOW UTTER RUBISH I AM LIVID AS I SIT HERE HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE HAS BEEN DONE IN LIKE THIS.
