I am SICK TO DEATH of the **** poor customer service, we took our business from Mweb to Rain BIGGEST ****ING MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!! and I have had nothing but **** with you people! We ported my husbands number from Cell C to Rain, and its a business phone, yet he isn't getting phone calls at all, just a missed call that someone phoned, if I phone the phone goes straight to voicemail, I must have spent a week in total if I had to count the amount of time spent on the phone, up and down, ****ing Ticket numbers that have no resolution to follow, speaking to an idiot that's clearly not even from South Africa, we went to Cell C to port the number back but Rain doesn't want to release our number, now I am not being funny, **** RAINTALK, **** RAIN, I want his number back immediately, or I will post here every single ****ing day, and on each and every social media page until my name makes you sick to your stomach so we can all feel the same! What terrible service we received from what they claim to be a "reliable" platform to do safe international transactions! They basically support criminals in stealing your money and they gladly release it, when disputed (and we have buyer protection on the transaction) they take ages to "investigate" and then decline your refund, after sending screenshots of conversations, even video footage of what the scammers look like, they just offer you the option to dispute the outcome, which now takes a further how many days or weeks to get a response. This is an absolute disgrace! Poor service, lack of following through with policies that they offer on their site and I have lost all faith in customer service with regards to innocent people being scammed not only by thieves but by a "trusted" institution like paypal!
This endocrinologist has no ethics, she is a disgrace to the industry and treats patients like ****! She had the audacity to make us wait for her 1hour40min, her office got our second appointment wrong and she said we were then late and that she has somewhere else to be, a cheek if you haven't even followed through to see where the mistake had been made. Doesn't respond to the email sent to follow up where the issue was, her office also never confirmed appointment the week prior, and we had to make the appointment 3 months in advance just to walk away empty handed. She is a cash cow
This is the worst company ever! Your customer service is DISGUSTING! I want to swear you! I've had nothing but issues! Data ran out 14 days into the month, but I can't even access to see where? I topped up 2 days ago, emailed proof to 2 different supplied emails and phoned to confirm, it was received, I made it blatantly clear I have work to do over the weekend, yet to no surprise its still off!! I've phoned every number you have, nothing works 5 WhatsApp numbers, no response, Facebook comments no response! You ****ing *******s suck!! You will receive your router back in pieces next week as promised! Cancel my service and go get ****ed!
