Fnb allowed me to put my own international limit on my profile. And i was good with it. Now when i traveled i knew i will leave within those limits then boom my card got blocked while am still out of South Africa. And they tell me that the only way to resolve this is by visiting a branch. How do i travel back to SA if i cant buy the ticket. I cant buy airtime, i can't buy food, i am sruggling because FNB decided to make my life miserable. Wasn't this supposed to be reflected on my profile limits. Am really disappointed
I don't know what happening with hollywood these days, seems like they are overwhelmed and were not expecting such when setting up. My frustration is mainly on the payment system OZOW which hollywood uses. I made a payment to my account 7 days ago but up until now its not deposited. Sent email countless times but no action was done. Why not do away with such payment systems
Bolt have got a poor support service. My wife got a ride from one of their drivers, I contacted support to get some explanation from the driver and guess one support guy read my message and never bothered to reply. What if the driver abducted my wife, or they were both hijacked. Am deleting this app for good. I urge others to do the same. Am still looking for my wife and bolt is busy for me
I booked a collection for my parcel on Tuesday 8 June with an estimated delivery of Thursday 10 June. Today is Friday 11 June i haven't even received a tracking number and the item is not even collected. The agent is not respinding to my email. This is poor service
Was left highly disappointed with the service we received from Hussar Grill Waterfall corner. We went there as a family, sat for 15 or so minutes with no waiter in site. Ended up going to the bar myself to order own drink. The kids ordered coffee and one of the glass cup was broken at the tip(do they want to kill people now?). We ordered, waited for about an hour until the little one got frustrated and broke one of the cups. No-one bothered to come clean up, fine, I then approached one guy to get us relocated due to the broken cup, and guess the waited said yes we can relocate you on condition the child doesn't break another cup-:(. Wow. Well we relocated. The kids couldn't take it no more, so I called the waited to bring us a bill for the coffee and drinks we already had so that we can just go. He told us the food is ready wait a bit - we wait another 15min but was no food. Mr Rhambo the manager came, i thought for a sec that he wants to apologise for the delay - but guess he wanted to complain about a broken glass. A glass, i even offered to pay for if it bothered them that much. Well we ended up leaving, after paying the R991.00 bill for the drinks and food - the food we never had. I guess we donated to Hussar Grill for their poor service - the restaurant was even empty. if it was full, i would have understood. Will stick to the one at Monte
Am not happy with FNB Fraud department. How can they just wake up and freeze clients accounts without communicating with them. And how slow can you be in handling such a case. Some of our business cannot run without cash in hand - please don't chase us away. If you don't want us anymore just tell us
Deposit team at Hollywood is so slow. I don't understand why the company uses these online payment systems that always comes with issues.
Am not happy with our internet in the Vorna Valley. Mweb have been flawless and smooth all along but in the last weeks it has been so bad and irritatingly slow. Please restore normal connectivity!!!
I had high regard for Avis but the way Avis Barloworld treated me after being with them for almost 6 months was really disappointing. Their staff got no customer service whatsoever, i used to believe that the client is the king! But with Avis seems other-way round. in as much as i was at fault, i did deserve some little bit of dignity but well they are special.
I have been calling FNB and secure chat and even complained here on Hellopeter for their poor service but no-one bothered to respond to me. Have got a complaint for Debit orders that went off my account without my permission and only to learn that FNB charges 326.00 to reverse a debit order of as little as 200.00, what kind of bull is that? They blocked all online reversals and app reversals so that they can milk us in these hard times. FNB is becoming heartless. Am disappointed
