The service of 1-grid is pathetic and the service consultant called Richard is rude and really does not know what is going on around him and should not be in the position he is in.

Worst email hosting company ever
The worst experience regarding service and setting up emails. Just blatantly ignores numerous calls and requests for assistance. They don’t help on tickets that you open. They do not act on requests to call me back. They block your email address from sending them an email.

Norton Antivirus
They have no after sales service. You phone them and get stuck with a computer generated voice that gets you nowhere. You go around in circles and it's impossible to speak to an agent. No email address to send communication to to get assistance. THE WORST COMPUTER ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. Do not make the same mistake I did. Pass is by and buy something reliable and customer friendly

Awesome service
