For the past 2 years + I've had a package giving me 500 mb data every month. All of a sudden my data runs out after 3 days. Reason the call centre is trying to give me, there is some applications running in the background that used up all this data like my phone backing up to icloud. REALLY !!!<br> No explanation can be given as to what applications has used all this data, and GET THIS- nothing can be done to assist me, I have to wait till 20 April before MTN can log a query for me.<br> <br> NOW MY QUESTION IS - WHAT ARE YOU AS A COMPANY DOING TO ASSIST YOUR CLIENTS OR DO YOU JUST NOT CARE. YOU CURRENTLY ARE HOLDING ME TO RANSOM. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU, AND AS LONG AS YOU CAN DEBIT MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH YOU JUST DON'T HAVE TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT PROVIDING ANY TYPE OF CLIENT SERVICE. NO EXPLANATION NEEDED, YOUR DATA IS USED UP - SORRY CLIENT - WE DON'T CARE AND WE DON'T PLAN TO DO ANYTHING<br> <br> CALL IN TO OUR CALL CENTRE - WE DON'T GIVE YOU ANSWERS AND IF YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER - SORRY WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE - NOT A SINGLE ONE IN THE WHOLE BUILDING !!!

I closed my account with FNB in August this year, reason the level of service being so bad.
