Not happy after I was told I was not covered for my lappa that is old when I took out the cover on my house I gave them full descriptions off my property. Now that I want to claim they telling me a was not covered properly how is that possible a insurance company say that to me. I FEEL I WAS NOT COVERED CORRECTLY BY THE OUTSURANCE. I am not a specialist in insurance so how can I be wrong. MY CONCERN IS THE REST OFF MY HOUSE COVERED CORRETLY CAN I TRUST THEM.
Good Day I am Logging a complaint about incident with FNB fraud department and having a run around after money being withdrawn from a Thiago Operation JV Business account from two of its business partners. On the 18th of July 2020 R 200 000.00 was withdrawn out the JV FNB account without my approval and presence. I then called in to FNB fraud department and spoke to an agent to log a fraudulent withdrawal however, the representative advised that he was unable to assist and that I would need to speak to the branch manager that approved the withdrawal. On the 22nd July 2020 I went into the FNB branch at Hartbee****rt Dam Village Mall, where the JV bank account had been opened and where the withdrawal had taken place. I was assisted by the branch Kim Senyolo to get clarity on the incident. From what I remember the original signed mandate stated that both partners on the JV account have to be present and sign in order to withdraw money from the account. However, when she checked the business profile (mandate) she told me, without showing that it states that one partner can withdraw money without the other partner being present or approving. I requested that she looked further into the matter, she advised me to open a court case. I am now concerned because I am growing specious to the mandate being changed since it had been signed in 2018. As Kim firstly, did not want to show me the mandate and secondly, she had been brushing off questions about it being changed and lastly, when I asked for it to be printed, she refused to assist with my request. She also said with a stinking attitude that I can close all of my four FNB accounts. As a loyal FNB client since 2012 I feel frustrated towards the fact that R 200 000.00 had been withdrawn and that I have been reverted to open a court case where as my mandate request had been brushed off. I require professional assistance from FNB in dealing with, investigating and resolving this matter. Nicholeen Brophy

Very unhappy with Absa Bank Applied for overdraft twice for this year and nobody replied even when i reported my complane and received a ref number no help at all The consultant that is my bussines profile manager just dont care to call me to give me feedback of any status. Geoffery Nemavulane Is my contact person that show no interest in my bussines well being. Only what i need to know why cant my bank that i have been with since 2000 cant help me to with a small overdraft. Mr Nemavulane just say my ex husband is on debt review now i cant get overdraft but we divorced since 2005 i send him proof of this but No help. Why should i stay at this bank if i get treated like this?
