I am so disgusted with Europa Art 😡 What was once one of my favourite stores is now a place i’ll never set foot in again. Their client liaison is so rude and unhelpful. I bought this shoe earlier this year and have worn it about 3 times, and it broke. I sent it back in the box as they requested but didn’t have the slip because after about 4 months i get rid of receipts for goods that are not high-end. They have the ability to scan their system for the period I requested them to check but the liaison’s response was, “I can’t check because it would be too many stores to look up.” I am SO disappointed that they’re not willing to go the extra mile to assist with THEIR defective product that they clearly know was bought at a specific store (because they know me very well at the store), and considering that i sent the shoe back in the box that has the style number. I honestly would have appreciated the assistance but it’s obvious that they don’t want to hold themselves accountable for their badly designed shoe. Lesson learned!
I called Discovery to cancel Vitality and received email confirmation thereof. I was still charged for it and upon enquiring was told that it is still active. Basically, they go against consumer policies! You are sent from pillar to post when calling Discovery and their calls drag on for long, so you go through all of that just to have them STILL act *********ly. What they did with my Vitality cancellation was *********, but this is not the first tome i have issues with them! Their service is **********. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
The service from the Randburg/Olivedale branch is **********. The consultants never communicate efficiently or correctly. A delivery that was supposed to take max 10 days took 18 (working) days and they don’t keep you informed AT ALL. I had to call every single time for updates, and they STILL send incorrect products. They lack simple etiquette, like they’re doing you a favour!
There are a few Vodacom consultants who are helpful/efficient but overall their service is **********. They develop a serious attitude when you query an issue and come time to upgrade they are extremely unhelpful. Literally EVERY process is a major setback and they don’t provide relevant updates or they send you from pillar to post! They also use SkyNet couriers which is by far the worst courier company on earth. I just cancelled everything because imagine chasing after them as a customer!!! Disappointed in Vodacom and will be changing to a different network!
This is the most useless courier company on earth. You can never get through to them. Their communication is non-existent!!! When there is an error they don’t call or correct it. Very useless!!!

I would avoid signing up with them in any capacity because they only focus on responding to compliments but ignore complaints and urgent enquiries. I received calls and emails from someone who posed as a Discovery representative, but it seemed suspicious, and when i enquired about it from Discovery they completely avoided providing clarity. I have received no response despite numerous attempts to alert them of the possible ****, which could affect so many people because they refuse to confirm if the emails are legitimate or not. Their forensics and security departments don’t respond either. Imagine something as sensitive as ***** being overlooked because they have such horrible customer service standards?! They don’t offer any easy form of communication whatsoever, and i have experienced these issues with them for years. They have caused so many issues for my family due to their negligence.

I am honestly SO impressed with the great service and how efficient Morne was with assisting us. I don’t think i’ll ever approach any other dealership in future because AnyCar247 is way more practical, helpful and reliable, and they can assist with any car you request. Thank you Morne for always being so dependable 👌🏼
I would advise everyone NOT to sign up with Discovery Bank. Within 5 days of signing up i closed my account because of their horrible service. They refuse to handle disputes and only focus on responding to compliments related to online competitions. I requested assistance which they ignored despite sending sensitive information. It has been 19 hours and i have not received any response despite numerous complaints. They did the very same thing when i required assistance for their negligence with my parents’ medical aid. They are EXTREMELY *********** and i would not trust them with my finances because, should any issues arise, they will avoid rectifying it.
If i could, i would get a journalist to interview this company’s clients to expose them for their ********* behaviour! This is the most useless medical aid on earth and they are ****mers!!! You will complain a thousand times and they block you everywhere on social media and delete ALL complaints, and eventually they get a consultant to call and pretend to want to resolve the issues. I had a long chat with the consultant over a month ago to resolve an emergency for my sister, and she promised they would handle it, but they NEVER did! They are absolutely useless and i would advise people not to sign up with them! They are negligent with clients money and health. My sister needed emergency surgery and they declined, despite the initial consultant confirming that she was covered, and when she tried to dispute everything they ignored her. This entire process has lasted over 3 months! What a horrible company! Disgusting!!! I hope they are exposed one day!!!
