Twice now I have received an order from Takealot that was a previous person’s return. Today’s was a fan heater. It came in a sealed Takealot box but the item inside was in a sellotaped up box with no wrapper and a *****ed up instruction sheet. The fan heater was broken. 😡 why don’t you check your returns for functionality before sending them out to the next sucker? Twice now! Terrible way to treat your customers.
I was sold an insurance package over the phone last year. The direct debits were taken with alacrity. But no insurance policy documents have ever been sent and so should anything ever happen that means I need to claim, no one will know of its existence. Phoning so called customer care gets you no where. I have done so 3 times now from my local branch. I have stopped the direct debits. They owe me money now, but I was told I would not get that back. What kind of a bank behaves like this?
2 balls of a 4 ply specific dye lot were actually 3ply. When I emailed in to tell them this I was immediately sent a pack of 4 ply wool in the same dye lot which I received yesterday.

This is the first time I have had such excellent customer service so thank you Stephen.
The shower (that I purchased) has been installed on an un level shower base so it does not fit properly against the wall. To rectify this vast quantities of sealant have been used which needless to say has become holed and leaks water out onto the floor. The shower appears to have been glued to the wall with the stuff and my smart glass is smeared with it too - it doesn't come off.
What should have been a beautiful shower unit looks terrible and does not do the job it should be doing. Further huge cracks appeared in the wall that was also plastered by the same builder. I myself have had to fill and repaint these. The work is fully paid for. The builder also owes me a certificate for the sliding doors installed to satisfy building regulations. My emails go ignored. He says I didn't report the poor installation on the day they finished work there. I did, to his son who was the overseer onsite. I shouldn't have to report failings anyway, he should have been there to carefully check the work himself which he did not do, nor has he been back since to look. I have sent photos so he can't say he doesn't know about it.
