Sold duplicated products
I took out a warranty plan for my wife’s vehicle through one of your consultants and subsequently referred my wife to take out a service plan with Mondo. Today, when I took the vehicle in for a service, I was informed that there is a duplication of cover. It appears that there is no active service plan; instead, we have been paying for a warranty cover for the same vehicle. I do not understand how this duplication occurred. I kindly request access to the recorded voice calls and a copy of the policy schedule for clarification. I previously contacted DotSure and was informed that consultants from Mondo would contact me; however, this has not happened.

Do buy from My Leather Bags
Please do not purchase bags from My Leather Bag. The products are not genuine. I recently received counterfeit items from this company, which misleads customers into believing it is based in South Africa while it actually operates from China. Avoid them at all costs. I ordered two leather bags but was sent imitation leather and a cheap canvas bag instead.
