Started the TEFL course in February (6 months completion time). Completed in time, yet I failed my last two assignments. So it has expired, but to renew the course, you can only renew for 4 months at a cost of R450, which actually costs more than the actual course to begin with. AND they would not extend it from the date I paid, no, no. They renewed it only from the end of August (I paid In October) because that was when my original course expired. Makes no sense, but ok. So I redo my assignments and guess what? Passed one, but failed the other. So now my course has expired again, so I must pay AGAIN R450 to renew it? Ridiculous. With the mock lesson, no actual guidelines are given of what is expected from you. Surely you would provide that information to your students so they know what to do? Absolutely ridiculous. I am done.
In 2013 my then fiance and I paid Graeme Vickers to do our ANC in anticipation of our wedding. What then followed was madness. Only in September 2015 did we receive a PDF copy of the ANC. To date, we have never received a hard copy. Absolutely disgusting service. I have been ignored for years.
My husband has been a long standing customer of Vodacom, over 10 years. He has always taken out insurance with the contract upgrades. He dropped his phone and sent it in to be fixed only to be told his insurance was cancelled 10 months ago. He didn't request for a cancellation, apparently it was an error in the system. No one ever informed him of this! Now he's been told he must pay the 10 months missing in order for his phone to be fixed! Utterly ridiculous!
I understand MTN is on strike, but you guys still have customers...
I need to cancel my contract which is due for an upgrade. I go into the store and they say I must do it through the call centre. I have been trying on and off for over a week now. I wait about 12-15 minutes to talk to a consultant and then the phone goes dead.

You will lose customers like this.
Please can someone point me in the right direction?
My hubby and I decided to go see a movie last Thursday night (the 18th) at Nu Metro at the Glen.
After checking on the Nu Metro site, it showed a show at 19.45 that night.
We arrived at 19.30 and it was closed?

Obviously the Glen is probably to blame here, but Nu Metro should also be made aware
