I ordered McDonald's this morning. Delivery - very quick. Order - what a mess. Asked for brown sugar got white sugar, asked for ketchup received apricot jam. Coffee - cold. The order was correctly forwarded to them. Received confirmation e-mail setting out my order which order was correct. How difficult can it be to get the simple things correct? No wonder it is going the way it is....
We decided to visit Nkwe Holiday Resort on Saturday and to stay the night. We booked the 2 bed caravan. What a nightmare! The caravan was used by the Voortrekkers when the conquered the Drankensberge! Only one window was in a working condition. This is supposed to be self-catering. There is a braai next to the caravan but same cannot be used. The plastic table outside the caravan has not seen water for quite some months, the same goes for the caravan on the inside. The matrasses have some spots on - I dont event want to start thinking what it is. Bees have made a nesting place just outside of the one of the windows. Needess to say, we decided to rather pack up and went home. On handing back the keys to Fransien and pointing out why we are leaving after only an hour, she informed me that we cannot get our money back that we paid for staying the night and just paid the breakage deposit and key deposit back. She did not even offer to pay even 50 % of the money back or to have a look at our complaints. NEVER will I go to Nkwe again and I will inform all my friends as to the level of service.
On the 12th of March 2015 I have been in an accident with my Renault Sandero. Not one of the airbags deployed. I have reported the matter to them and supplied them with the assessors report with all the photo's etc. Till today I am still waiting for them to respond to my complaint. Surely there was something faulty with the car for the airbags not to deploy.
