Discovery was fast, fixed the problem, not just a quick job, but providing the full solution.
I would just like to thank Dineo Monguni from Discovery for sorting out my issue. I was struggling with a request for months, that was not necessarily a Discovery issue, but Dineo sorted it out within 1 hour. 5 Stars Dineo!
My wife was involved in a car accident, and a quick call to Discovery and in minutes the car was on a truck. Soon after the rental car was sorted and we are back on the move! Thank you, as usual, for fantastic service! Thanks to Joelene Scholtz for calming us down too!
I never complain, but Discovery's service has gone down. I have a Healthy food payment that has not come through, Jacques was working on the problem . Lebogan g from Vitality spoke to me on the Thursday, promising that it will be fixed on the Monday. On Tuesday, when I saw it's not sorted, I phoned in. Jessica held me on the line for 30 minutes, then it cut off. Nobody has since contacted me.
<p>My favourite car and medical ibnsurance, Discovery, has done it again. My car was broken into and Discovery soon made sure that I was sorted with a rental car until my car was checked for anything that was missing that I did not notice. Five stars to Tovhowani Mufamadi and all the others that were so helpful and thanks so much!</p>
Two weeks of hell !! From 26 June until today 9 July, my Business account is still frozen, although I've been communicating from the start what the problem was.<br> We've managed to supply the necessary documents, no joy.<br> R23 400 is in the account, but not available for use. I've had to pay Business accounts from my personal account which is now been empty for 2 weeks...<br> The FNB agent reported that their system was down on the Monday.Wednesday's response: \Nothing yet. Our systems started operating today
