Visited this Hotel for the 3rd time, the standard of the hotel has dropped drastically. Theres theft as well, I lost my fragrance and was told that the hotel will investigate, was later told that the implecated staff was found not guilty 😬 surely the fragrance was in my room, had bought it the previous day, how did it dissappear without anyone knowing? I wonder. The lady that cleaned our room said she moved it from where it was and put it inside the drawer, but it was not there.
I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES ONTHE 9TH OF JUNE 2022 AND PAID FOR THE SHOES ON THE SAME DAY, I EVEN ASKED BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT WHEN WILL I GET THEM AND I WAS TOLD 7-14 WORKING DAYS. IT IS NOW OVER A MONTH AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. NOW THEY DON'T ANSWER MY MESSAGES AND MY EMAILS.
Registered online, only to find that the number i used is different from the telephone number they have on their system. i placed my order and didn't get any feedback concern my order until i decided to make a follow up. I made a phone call on the 18.12.18, this rude guy told me that the account was locked and asked me so many questions, which i didn't mind cause they needed to make sure i was the account holder, he later told me that the telephone number on the system is different from my current number (the one i was telling him), he asked me to hold for a good 45 minutes, mind you i am the one who made a phone call. later another lady come to the phone and asks me the very same questions the guy was asking me, on trying to explain that i had answered those questions with the first consulted, she was rude as well telling me it's unfortunate that i had to answer the same questions again. The whole experience left me feeling like a criminal, i understand they maybe were being careful but they can be friendly at least while doing so. not treat a person like a criminal.
What a service I received from this young lady, she was so polite and efficient, she is very good at what she does. I also liked the fact that she had a decency to make a follow up and ensure that you are satisfied at the end of the day.
