We phoned for a quote, initially just for structure insurance as we have bought a new property. We were clients of MiWay for more almost 10 years, and the quote they gave us on structure insurance was literally x4 the amount we were paying with the property we sold. Also they said my husbands bakkie payment would go up. They literally doubled the amount we were paying. So my husband said I should phone Outsurance and get a quote with them. We were blessed with the most amazing consultant- Given. He was the most helpful, most patient and calm person I have spoken to in a long time. Given helped me do the quote, after he got my husbands concent to proceed doing the quote with me. He then asked if he can please do a quote for all the other insurances we currently have with MiWay to see if they can maybe help us get closer to what we are willing to pay. Given did the quote, my husband said it is still more than what he is willing to pay. My husband indicated what he was willing to pay, and Given and his manager got to work. And believe it or not they almost matched what my husband wanted. They did a quote for me on my car as well. Also almost got close to what I wanted to pay. Thank you Outsurance. If you’re ever considering booking this place — DON’T! This property is falling apart. It looks like an absolute dump, if you can even call it that. The pictures online and what you arrive to in reality are worlds apart. The only reason we ended up here was because one of my husband's friends had his wedding at this venue. Upon arrival, we were absolutely shocked and horrified by the state of our room. Honestly, it felt like a ***** Pretoria CBD room — and frankly, I’m almost certain I would have been better off staying in one of those. The room was filthy. The drinking glasses looked like they had been handled and used by a hundred people — dirty, sticky and reeking. The place was falling apart. No warm blankets in the middle of winter, it was freezing cold, one paper thin pillow per person, and there was barely enough space to move. No exaggeration — my husband and I couldn’t even get ready for the wedding in the same room. I had to go to another family member’s room just to do my makeup and get dressed. The shower ceiling was covered in mould, there were cracks and water damage everywhere, dust thick on every surface, and even the room’s ceiling had mould. To top it off, there were empty perfume bottles and lip gloss from the previous guests still lying around — a clear indication that no one had even bothered to clean the room properly. And it wasn’t just our room. Other family members staying at the lodge experienced the same nightmare. Some had no water at all, others only cold water. Toilets that wouldn’t flush. The wooden bridge leading to their rooms was outright dangerous — no safety rails, planks cracking underfoot, some even flying up as we walked over them. At the wedding reception, the water issues continued. There was no water for ages. The toilets couldn’t flush, and no one could wash their hands. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom situation — the toilets are absurdly far from the reception area, down a steep, uneven embankment right next to the river. A serious hazard, especially at an event where people might be drinking and celebrating. The ladies' bathroom doors don’t close properly, the gaps between the door and the frame are so big you can literally see who’s sitting inside, and to make it worse — most of the doors don’t even lock. Do yourself a favour and look for alternative accommodation. This is not a place you want to find yourself at, especially not at the rate of R2600 for a weekend (2 people, 2 nights). Complete rip-off for an absolutely appalling experience. I am not leaving this with just a bad review, I have also reported them to the South African Tourism Board / Department of Tourism.
Got very expensive with almost everything. Not as very affordable as it use to be. Restaurant service is also shocking. Went to sit down, and waited a couple of minutes for someone to help us. I had to get up and go and order our drinks by the counter. Got our drinks, no one came to ask if we are still fine or do we want anything else. I got up and went to get the bill again by the counter. Honestly, I preferred the old Nici's. Prices was better, service was better, everything was just better. In this case bigger did not make it better. After this review on Google, the owner came down guns blazing on me, not via Google - where I wrote my review! No!!! On FB messenger. She got rude, and made me out as the problem. Hinting that I have no appreciation for her beautiful business! And she does not get how people can come into her business and leave dissatisfied. Even bringing religion into everything! I mean really! I will not set foot in that shop again, and will go public with this.
Give Chaucke was my first point for contact with MiWay today. What a pleasant experience. He is friendly and super helpful. He is kind, and his telephone etiquette is super good. Where do I even start to say how absolutely AMAZING Dr Moosa is. Wow!! We were so blessed to have him as my father's cardiologist. My father had severe chest pains and kept complaining non-stop of being tired, and having a terrible headache. My father was admitted into the hospital from the EC department for Dr Moosa, as he is the on call doctor for the Easter weekend. From the moment he walked in he was so amazing, caring, friendly, super patient and explained every thing so nicely. His knowledge is beyond super amazing. He did all the test possible and more to see what is wrong with my father. He gave comprehensive feedback as he got the test results back, he treated my father with so much care and he even cared for us as a family by talking and explaining everything to us as well. Dr Moosa went above and beyond the call of duty in every sense of the word. He really put his patients first, he was sick himself but he kept going and kept treating his patients. I will recommend him to everyone. A kind, caring, empathetic doctor with outstanding knowledge. I must also compliment his excellent support staff. Vanessa is amazing! She was so understanding, helpful and friendly. No call was ever too much trouble and she helped so much. Suzette is just as amazing and friendly. They both are so helpful and they really assisted with all the reports and notes. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Thank you Dr Moosa, Vanessa and Suzette for really being the best. Thank you for caring for your patients, and their family. Thank you for really all going above and beyond to assist, and thank you for every single thing.

They listened to my needs, they awarded my loyalty, and they did their absolute best to ensure that I am looked after as a client. Hi, I tried doing my Gift Registry with you guys but oh my gosh NO!!! Your website and its issues is just really too much for me. I forgot my user profile password and each and everytime I try and reset it, it says internal server error. Tried doing it with my Gmail... then it says fill in all the fields. Which I did!!! Because I can read!!! Then I tried signing in with Facebook and it gives an error again! I mean come on!!! This is ridiculous!!! For 2 days straight I have been wasting my time, energy and data on something useless!!! How can you expect people to support you if something as basic as your website is not even working!!! I am so done with wasting my time and energy on your website. Maybe time to move on swiftly to a website that actually works and is user friendly.
We decided to sell our house and I contacted Seeff Secunda. First the lady that answers the phone did not know who is the specializing agent for Terra Nova, Trichardt. I got transferred to someone else. I then remembered the agents name is Marthie. I asked for Marthies number. I the proceeded to call Marthie... and to my shock she was one of THE! rudest agents I spoke to off all the agents I contacted. And I want to put the exclamation on RUDE!!! She said she cannot talk and that I should message her. She then hung up. I will not advice any prospective sellers or buyers to do business with Seeff Secunda and especially Marthie!
