Wolf Security Uvongo Scam
On the 5th February 2018 i written an armed reaction course at Wolf security in 5 Foster road,Uvongo, Margate. 4270. I paid all my courses in advanced and in cash, today the 26 June 2020 the Psira board informed that my Armed reaction certificate is illegal and was never registered through the company Wolf security where i did my courses. I spend a lot of money on this course which i never benefited from as Wolf Security just took my money and issued an illegal certificate. They scammed me out of my money.

Threatening us if we do not take down the add
Pierre Rademeyer at Natrent keeps on contacting me with threats everyday after his lawyer said that they are not allowed to contact us and we are not allowed to contact them either, but this threats of Pierre Rademeyer is getting really annoyed now, They knew what they did to us, to steal our deposit of R5900.00 and Pierre Rademeyer and his girlfriend Melisha Smuts planned to get a protection order against me in order to use that to steal our deposit,after the protection order was finalized and according to her Lawyer and the judge she apparently feared for her life but she still decided to contact me the following day after the protection order was finalized,i still do not understand why an Agency Like Natrent will go out of there way to steal a tenants deposit and to do everything they can to keep on stealing from others, and why did Melisha Smuts get a protection order against me and apparently feared for her life and decided to contact me the following day this does not make sense at all, Pierre Rademeyer and Melisha Smuts and the lawyer Steve Blakes keep on threatening me with cases if i do not remove this add, why should i remove this add i think the whole world needs to see how a rental agency treats other people and how they steal others deposits. If Natrent( Pierre Rademeyer,Melisha Smuts) and Steve blakes did everything correct why do they keep on with there threats against me, Hello Peter is a site where i can tell how i was treated why should i by threatened by any of them to take the add down, if they did not do anything wrong why make a big hassle about the add, unless they have something to hide and do not want the world to see how they steal from others and how they treat others.

Electricity bill keeps going high every month
<p>We have moved in Cilloas on the 1st October we have been staying there for 7 months now, our normal water and lights invoice normally say R350.00 for the month, since end of March its been double that amount every month for March, April,May 2017, i do not understand why this is double as winter only starts from June till August month 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really ridiculus we are only 2 people, everyday 2 lights and a tv stay on for 3 hours and use the stove for half an hour, we switch off the geysar and we still pay double the amount for electricity, we save alot of electricity but according the solver property service we use double for water and lights, i have asked JP Labuschagne / Portfolio Manager several times to explain why is our electricty for those 3 months double, but he refuse to reply back or give any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>JP Labuschagne / Portfolio Manager, is quick to respond with a complaint against you or with a fine but he can not respond when you ask him what is going on, they are really useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have decided to get led lights for the place but it will be useless for me as for i am paying double for w&l and i do not know why?</p>

Refuse to cancel my TV license
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife does not have a tv at all, she tried to cancel the tv license , but the SABC tv people threatened her by handing her over and blacklisting her, i even tried to get it cancelled but they are so arrugant over the phone, i aslo gave them my address so that they can come and see if we have a tv which they refuse to do, all they want is us to pay the amount which i dont understan why she should pay R229.00 a year for nothing.</p> <p>She asked them if they could buy her a tv then she will be able to pay the tv license, just make no sense why any person will pay for something they do not owe.</p> <p>I am fed up with useless SABC people, cant even talk properly to anyone,they scream and swear over the phone, they send a final letter to my wifes dad about the tv license.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a complain already on here and all the SABC retarded people did was replied to call them which never got resolved, why cant they just cancel the tv license. We do not have anything to hide but they refuse to come to our place and see of we have a tv or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>The most Useless retarded people ever</p>

Refuse to cancel my TV License
<p>I have send several emails regarding that i do not owe any tv and that i do not have a tv anymore.But they keep on sending emails and maeking threats, i do not think this is a way to treat people, i do not see the reason why to keep on paying for something i do not use, why should i pay for a tv license if i do not have a tv.</p> <p> </p> <p>They keep on sending emails that they will hand me over,they refuse to cancel my tv license.</p>

Deposit stolen,blacklisted after paid rent, illegal electricity cut
<p>My experiance with natrent is reall terrible, there is no words for this, my wife lost her work, i notify natrent about this, of my situation, told them that i will pay double the rent that following month which they accepted then when we arrived at home they decided to switch of our electricity. They made threats they gave us a week notice to vacate the unit, wich we battled to find a place as they have also black listed us after we have paid our rent and they kept our deposit, actually stole it after the their contract said deposit is refundable which we never recieved, we left the place in the same condition that we got it, it was worse than an garbage bin, we had to clean the place out of our own expenses. Then the person that works with the accounts went an got a harrasment letter against me, her lawyer steve blakes said that day in court if i pay the rental amount that he will make sure i will recieve my full deposit as he lied and refused to talk to me again, all he did was makeing threats if we do not leave this case he will personally take us to court. Melisha smuts after she got the harrasment letter against me she also contacted me the following day, so what is really funny if you fear for your life why would you contact them after the protection order is finalised. Also Melisha Smuts and Pierre Rademyer arrived at my work makeing trouble at my work for me. It is really sad that we had to pay a full deposit before we moved in, but for them to steal our deposit is not an honest way to do things.I have paid them the rent and they stole my deposit and Natrent decided to blacklist us, as this makes it really hard to rent or buy a place in future, i do not understand why would you steal R5900.00 from a tenant and recieve the rental amount and then go out of you way to blacklist a person</p>

BILLED MY ACCOUNT 3 TIMES
On the 23rd February 2015 I was Debited amount of R 434.86 and the 24th February 2015 amount of R 415.70 and the 2nd March 2015 another amount of R 541.60.<br> <br> 23/02/2015 Amount R 434.86 was Debited<br> 24/02/2015 Amount R 415.70 was Debited<br> 2/03/2015 Amount R 541.60 was Debited<br> <br> As discussed over the phone with Mark Wickwar and Kerry Hayward, they are very sorry that someone at King Price made a mistake by duplicate the account and that i will receive my refund back the same day 23/02/2015, its been a week now and i am still battling and waiting for my money to be refunded, this service is really poor and unacceptable. Contacted King Price but they refused to cancel this poor service and refund my money back. I cant pay something that i wont benefit from.
