13 Jun - Upgrade. 30 June - cancel due to device not working. Not back on original plan thus no internet! no sms for cancellation Calls: 4 July 18 Min 11 sec 6 July 12 Min 28 sec 20 July devise finally returned after collection was cancelled by ram/vodacom? 31 July call 40 min 19 sec - waiting for response 2 Aug 20 min 48 sec, 10 August still not back on origional contract and advised that it would only be back from 1st September? No internet from 30 June to end of August?! Still I'm being charged!! takes 2 months to cancell an upgrade, because I was not willing to pay a 2nd contract where the devise is not working.
Twice did an upgrade and migration. Saw that the facts provided was incorrect. I cancelled the 1st upgrade. Vodacom does not have a record of the cancellation. 2nd migration... on the 30 Nov. I see again incorrect information . I call to cancell after I received the email. I call on the 6th of December and no...... not cancelled!! again!!! no record! Now I'm told that I will be liable for costs!! Twice they fail on their side, and twice there is nowhere for me to go. Skelm!
I've been trying to get hold of them , as their website runs in circles and you get nowhere with their non existent support. No email address, no help line number. You are condtantly told to logg on.... which resulted in about 10 loggons, and getting nowhere. Seems that the "life long maps" does not exist. Frustrating beyond believe.
Vodacom contacted me to take out a new data contract. I agreed to the proposal. I then received another call a few days later to confirm , and suggested an additional add on to it. I refused the add on, as the amount did not fit into my budget. They still went along and billed me for everything. When I called the customer care centre, they twice cut the call after explaining my problem. I then send an email to which I have not received an acknowledement or reply.

Refilwe sent me an email stating that the policy will expire shortly if no payment is received. I immediately enquired as to which police he/she referred to, and contacted my broker. <br> My broker advised me to amend the policy as circumstances have changed.
