Best price, top service.
One sweltering hot day my 20 year old trusty Bosch fridge died, and I was desperate to save my food. I went onine and found a sleek new Bosch on the Metro website, and whateapped Metro. 24 hours later the delivery guys arrived with this behemoth, bigger than my first car and it would not fit through any accessible door. They kindly unboxed, carried it around the back, and got it in the house and into the kitchen. Fantastic service! Note to self: view the item in real life before purchasing online, where pictures are a lot smaller than real life.

Competent and fair insurance company
The most exceptional help and advice from MiWay staff made the stressful experience of dealing with a stolen car so much easier. I felt like everything was in their hands, they advised me, met me at the police station to identify my car, supported me through all the administrative hassles and gave me a very reasonable pay-out just over two weeks after the theft. I would rather not have had my car written off but the sound advice I was given made me realise that it was in my best interest. Just knowing that the matter was in competent hands alleviated much of the emotional stress of losing my car.

Why advertise phones you don't have
Since May, I have been going from branch to branch trying to upgrade a contract. Problem is I want an iPhone 5, 5c or 5s, which are excellent phones and advertised at good rates. Not a single store in three cities has any iPhone 5 c or s and say they don't get them, they only get 6. In my opinion it is false advertising to advertise a product you have no intention of providing.
