**** ALERT!!! This LooxLoom online store is nothing but big ****mers. I ordered a good-to-be-true rotator shoe cabinet. To this day I have not receive my order. They further **** me the money for "courier" service through KG Logistics Courier Service - that I doubt exist. Deposited the money to an FNB Account 63104338800 but since then the person by the name Sphesihle who does not have a surname, no longer response to the emails (their info.looxloomsa@gmail.com. Their address is very suspicious as I can't pick up on Google (123 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Durban Central) Be ware of these hooligans!!!!!!!
I have been to A B C and Z Insurance companies and experienced lots of headaches but when I joined PMD, it is only a peace of mind I’m feeling. The staff is so professional and has not only sympathy towards the customers but empathy too. I get updates on the developments of my vehicle timeously. I had referred my family and friends and they also confirmed the same. I still say PMD is number 1 Insurance in SA. I’d stretch it to say in Africa but I still need to do my research about insurances in Africa 😊 Overall I’m happy with the service given. Kudus PMD.
I think I spoke too early or praised them too early. I have never experience such a terrible customer service as I just did with WBC Midstream. I bought a vehicle from them and sold it back after two year. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle - that I give to them. I just wanted an upgrade. During the purchase, WBC offered me a shortfall cover to my warrantee which I accepted. However, when I sold the vehicle I notified them. I was informed that the query has been escalated. In the meantime, WBC continued to debit from my account. I kept on following up but there was just no direction but still the amount is still being debited from my bank account. I do not know what to do anymore. I do not have the energy of reversing this each month they debit
My first time, probably the last time purchasing any electronic appliance at GAME STORES! I am beyond dissatisfied! I have purchased Bennett Reed 1000W Blender. After 5 days when I was using the product, it couldn't work (wasn't blending). I subsequently took it to Game Store (Centurion Mall) and the friendly consultant took it and gave me a voucher saying that they no longer sell the similar blender since they were factory faulted. They did not have anything of the similar amount and searched and found one in Game MOA. I went there and bought it, same Bennett Reed 1000W Blender, it worked for couple of time (approx. 5 occasions) and suddenly it stopped functioning. I took it back to Game stores, it was sent for repairs. I waited a month not getting any updates until I decided to go to the store to enquire, only to discover that the appliance is back from repairs with no explanation as to why I wasn't informed. I used it once to test it, the blender couldn't work. It could get on and not trip the power is it previously did - but could not blend at all. AGAIN, I took it to Game stores (Centurion Mall) and AGAIN - it was sent for repairs. This was on 13/02/2022 and I am still waiting. In the meantime I am unable to have shake in peace. This is the biggest mistake I ever made to buy an appliance at GAME Stores.
I am on Price Lock plan, paying R793.50 each month via debit order. However, 27 Sept 2019 an amount of R1000.23 was debited on my account. I have contacted the Call Centre and the agent confirmed that the matter will be escalated and i will receive feedback within 48 hours. That didn't materialize as I waited for a week before making yet another call. Call Centre Agents confirmed that they escalated the matter but Price Lock is the one "ignorant" to our queries.
Worst nightmare I’ve ever experienced. Today was supposed to board Translux from Queenstown to Pretoria at 20:25 First the bus came late, almost at 21:00. So the first question any noble person who has been in the cold since 15:35 would ask. Why are you guys late. The answer from a skinny driver with dreadlocked was.... I shouldn’t ask ****ty questions. And I responded, brother you should understand we have been in the cold since 15:35....and he says he can change the season. ????????that attitude from someone you contribute towards his salary. The next thing he does, he throws my bag out of the bus, the next bus ran over it and I say, do you see what’s happening to my luggage and he says it’s fine, that’s not translux bus than ran over your luggage. Such a never. The bus door almost smashed me as he closed the bus. And I was left with a torn luggage in the dark. This is the worst nightmare I’ve ever experienced. I’m so terrified, eve shaking, worrying about my safety!!!
