I noticed that I am not the only one on Hello Peter with the same complaint against Kalahari Day Spa re Groupon Vouchers. They have had me going back & forth trying to secure a booking for a deal I had bought in November, for a full day spa treatment for two people. They are always \fully booked"& then can only accommodate you on a weekday. They very conveniently ask you when you call if this is cash or a groupon voucher"

I have been in contact with Fedhealth for the last 3WEEKS to be added as a member!!<br> <br> All documents submmited &still no progress. Last Friday of the month (27th Feb) tired of been made promises, I escalate this to a team leader named Leonard because I need to submit a membership form to my employer by close of business. He promises to process my application himself &email me between 30min to an hour. Almost two hours later & no emal from Leonard. I call again, he promises via a consultant that I will have the certificate in my inbox by close of business.
