I want my money, I went to the restaurant on Saturday with my sisters and the customer service was bad, eg. One would order a drink, and it would never arrive or arrive cold as ice whilst you have ordered coffee, disappointing. And then when i was paying the card machine kept on saying declined whilst i had funds then i resulted using a different card and when i checked the other account, funds had gone off as well. Meaning i have now paid R4312 twice, the manager or GM said i should wait a little it will bounce back and nothing happened. I added up filling a form for a refund and left with a promise that i will get my money back on Sunday, 24 May 2026. I waited the full day, and nothing came then on Monday, 25 May i called in the restaurant three times and the GM kept on promising me i will get it. Today is the 26 May and I'm told i will get my refund in two weeks!!!!!!!! Never i want my money today, i have bills to pay and can't afford to wait that long, as we speak my car is due for service and i need those funds. I WANT my MONEY today!
It is with great disappointment that my matter has not been resolved since the 1st August 2022. My iron is not been replaced and Im forced to wear clothes that are not ironed. I will never buy anything from this shop ever again.
I bought the russell hobbs iron worth R1199 from @ Home stores, on the 28th July 2021, and the iron is still under warrant, the iron started giving me issues. Yesterday, I went to @home at the mall of the South, to report the issue and get assistance. I spoke to a gentleman. who referred the query to the manager, who agreed that a new iron can be given to me. However the lady that had to process the request, insisted that the colleague must check the iron first, I told her that when the iron is in use, after a little while dirty water is released and this happens often. she told me that her iron does the same thing and its not a manufacture issue. She wouldn't take back the iron and give me the new one. Can some please assist me, I need an iron that doesn't self-clean while I am doing my laundry because to me that does not make sense, that i will have to wash my laundry twice after paying so much money. I need this resolved ASAP as this is not what i paid for. I know people that have used the same iron for years and non of this has happened to them, meaning this lady is trying to patronising me and that is totally unacceptable in my eyes. Her services was cold and rude and would not give me the time of day but could smile and laugh with some white guy that came after me. If this is how @Home trains they staff then Wow i'm disappointed.
