I want my money, I went to the restaurant on Saturday with my sisters and the customer service was bad, eg. One would order a drink, and it would never arrive or arrive cold as ice whilst you have ordered coffee, disappointing. And then when i was paying the card machine kept on saying declined whilst i had funds then i resulted using a different card and when i checked the other account, funds had gone off as well. Meaning i have now paid R4312 twice, the manager or GM said i should wait a little it will bounce back and nothing happened. I added up filling a form for a refund and left with a promise that i will get my money back on Sunday, 24 May 2026. I waited the full day, and nothing came then on Monday, 25 May i called in the restaurant three times and the GM kept on promising me i will get it. Today is the 26 May and I'm told i will get my refund in two weeks!!!!!!!! Never i want my money today, i have bills to pay and can't afford to wait that long, as we speak my car is due for service and i need those funds. I WANT my MONEY today!

If youβre not looking for fine dining, then Fire Room Bedford might be an option β but my experience left me very disappointed. The atmosphere felt more like Spur than a place that markets itself as premium. Waitresses were running around like headless chickens instead of being attentive, and our drinks only arrived 25 minutes later. The only thing I truly enjoyed was their sushi. Overall: Disappointed customer.

My friends went to this establishment,the customer service was 5 star. I would like to compliment the hostess Candice(hope I got her name right),Brian(waiter),Nkosi(manager) and Ntando(Snr manager). We had a lovely experience π. Thank you guys,your customer service was π

Tried to speak to Owner as I was SWAMPED by flies where I was sitting at Mall of Africa to give him / her positive criticism. NO RESPONSE. Food my 6 Year old can cook Mushroom sauce tasted like from a packet. Some Buisness just don't care about sinking. Pity

On the 29th Jan we went to celebrate a colleague's birthday and promotion at FireRoom in Bedford and were served by a lady called Lily and shame she excelled in being unfriendly and uninterested in serving us. I remember asking her about a specific wine and she just said the restaurant doesn't keep such and when I asked the manager he at least went to check if it's available or not, we also observed her being friendly with other customers but us I'm not sure if she judged us or what however her service was extremely poor I even told her she doesn't deserve our tip.
