MTN Constantia kloof
Let's just agree that MTN has dropped the ball when it comes to their service if it not this its that,you can just tell that their are politics with the business. I have been struggling with a contract cancelation for months then I decided to go to their offices in Constantia Kloof. Where I met two understanding ladies who assisted me patiently and effectively. Towana and Felicity. Thank you ladies for your assistance

I ordered my food on the app and my order was late after calling back and forth calls to their customer service my order arrived,when I tried to call the store the lady that answered was very rude (her name is Sesi,I believe she said) She told me to call the driver and there was nothing she could assist me with and proceeded to talk to other customers whilst I was still on the line.she was rude very rude,as a distressed customer I didn't expect nor wanted such pathetic service. However the delivery guy Xolani was amazing and apologized for the inconvenience.thank you Xolani I really appreciated your apology

Mtn is pathetic.
I have been a loyal mtn customer from 2018,they were great and efficient but since early this year their service have been worse than pathetic,I lost my device which I have insured they are sending me pillar to post I can't get ahold of their call centre agents to "un-white list" so I can do a sim swap I have been paying for four months without getting my benefits whenever I'm in store they can't help as their system is not responding or it's unavailable. Mtn is pathetic I would advise people to not taking any of their "unavailable" expensive services. I thought Telkom is worse but mtn takes the cup.

Foschini Jabulani mall (Caroline/Carol)
I was at Foschini Jabulani mall,the staff there was friendly but one lady took customer service to the next level,Carol or Caroline(make up section,light in complexion). She was amazing showed me perfumes on special gave recommendation on make up and was patient too. Thank you mam for the great service 😘😘😘

Unjani clinic sebokeng pathetic.
Unjani clunic Sebokeng,stipulates that their working hours are from 8am-5pm. I was chased away around 15:42 on the 11th of May 2022,because the Dr that was in was too slow. I will never go there ever again,it was my first time. It's very unfortunate that we receive such service because of where we reside if it were in a prestige area they would have never done that.
