AroTrade scammed me out of $700. No reimbur*****t whatsoever. They assign a broker to you, and scam you to invest, then you lose your money. Then they ask you to add more funds with the promise of you tripling your money, but you just lose that also. The broker assigned to me (Emma Almond) is extremely friendly and convincing, but highly s****ed in taking your money and losing it. I need to get people aware of this Business!!! Anyone who needs proof just contact me, I recorded all the conversations, have taken multiple screenshots etc etc etc! Please stay away from AroTrade unless you're keen on losing thousands of dollars!!!
I've been struggling for a very long time with mtn/express telecoms, with regards to an upgrade that I wanted. In the end, the address where I wanted the package delivered couldn't be verified, so I cancelled the upgrade, and my entire contract with mtn! Since then, 3 payments of R559.00 each have been deducted from my bank account, without my authority, after I terminated my contract, and after I cancelled the upgrade! How dare they deduct money from someone's bank account illegally! Is there anyone here who can advise me how to take this matter further (legally), because I haven't signed anywhere for anything. On behalf of mtn I have to say, their response is timely and efficient, and they always help. Express telecoms on the other hand, I struggle to get in touch with! If anyone here reading this can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!!!!

This is more of a review than a complaint. I bought a Breville caf? venicia from the vredenburg branch, and returned it because it never sealed at the grouphead. I then requested a refund and bought the Breville Barista Express from them which I personally collected at the bayside mall branch, which is working, but only on single shot. As soon as I use the double option with the double filter, I can't get the pressure to the espresso range. I tried the finest grind, and even bigger dosage. I tamp it down so hard that my fingers hurt, with no results. But when I use the single option with the single filter, the pressure goes straight to the espresso range, on factory settings, and I don't even have to tamp down so hard. This means I can only make one espresso at a time, with a machine that's supposed to deliver more. This is nothing against @home, their service is extremely good and I'm very happy with them. This complaint is directed at the poor quality of Breville, that I paid a huge amount of money for. It really is not worth it, and I wouldn't recommend Breville to anyone.
Wow! It's been a week since mtn responded with the above message, yet no one has contacted me. I would bet a thousand Rand that by the end of this month, mtn is going to deduct another payment from my bank account, without me having to show anything for this. Is there somebody reading this who could give me advice on how to take this further, maybe someone that I can go see to help me sue mtn, if that's possible, or at least to cancel my contract with them, as I'm not willing to pay for something I do not have. I ordered a laptop from MTN a few years ago, and had them deliver it to my place of work, which is Sea Harvest in Saldanha. This went without any problems.Within 7 days I had my laptop. This year, they phoned me to upgrade, and I decided to take a galaxy tab 4 10.1, at a cost of +-R250-R300 pm. I never received the item, yet they deduct the money from my bank account.I tried to phone them, but it's too costly to be put through to a certain person, only to hear you will again be put through to the next person, etc. I emailed them as well, absolutely no response from MTN whatsoever. It turns out MTN are not interested in the customer, only to take their money, whether it be legal, or illegal. To me this is unacceptable, I need this contract to end with immediate effect, or have my Tab delivered. MTN, what a disgrace of a company :-(
Bought 2 google diy 3D glasses from Groupon on 13/05/2015 and never received it. I emailed them, but they never responded. I phoned them on 15/06/2015, and they said they will look into the situation and call me back immediately, that also never happened. How do I go about this? This is absolutely poor service, and fraud. Do I lose my money? Refund? I work hard to make a living, how can they steal from people so openly? <br> <br> A warning to all Groupon clients, don't buy from them. They scam you out of your money and it looks like you won't be able to do anything about it. Damn ugly and unacceptable f#cking service.
