For anyone intending to self-publish a book, I would say GO FOR IT! Know though that the easy part is the writing of your m****cript. The hard slog is what follows after, the editing, the design, the legalities, etc, etc. I engaged Reach Publishers as they offered all of this and more. The process with Reach was a pleasure. They are people of integrity and what they say they will do, they do. The staff are responsive and reliable. The packages offer value for money. My shout-out goes to the team that I dealt with - Michelle at the outset, Colleen in editing, and the star designers Jordyn and Samantha. Simply superb. My only recommendation would be to have your own designer do your website as the one offered by Reach was somewhat disappointing and bland. All told though, a pleasant experience. My book is online on every recognised platform - Amazon, Kindle, Draft@Digital, Barnes and Noble, etc. Reach helped me to reach my goal and I most certainly will not go elsewhere with my next m****cript. Awesome stuff Michelle and team.
I sent the following text to the email provided for this specific outlet. I sent this on the 3rd of October 2019. After receiving no response, I sent the same complaint to their HQ. I have yet to hear back. I am persisting with this because, on the day, because of the obvious contamination, both the Executive and I had to cancel very important engagements for the rest of that day. THE DISREGARD FROM TASHAS IS DISGUSTING This is the text: I wanted to alert you to a problem. I invited a director of Ernst and Young for a lunch meeting earlier today. We both ordered the smoked salmon, his as specified on the menu and mine without cottage cheese and ****tail tomatoes. Both of us had the Pear juice (without ginger) and later Expressos. By the time I reached my office, I was rushing to the bathroom as I had instant diarrhea. I called my colleague a minute ago who confirmed that he was suffering exactly the same symptoms. Note that I had a lunch meeting yesterday at Morningside and had the same without any issues. This, as I know you would agree, is unacceptable given the standard that so many of us have grown accustomed to with Tashas. I would hope that your response is not one that is going to attempt to deflect nor defend this complaint. A satisfactory explanation would be appreciated" https://www.tripadvisor.co.za/ShowUserReviews-g312586-d12686561-r719076799-Tashas_Nicolway-Sandton_Greater_Johannesburg_Gauteng.html#
My vehicle was involved in an accident and my claim was dealt with by Lindie Buckle and Thandi. In a service environment where generally professionalism and proficiency is hard to come by, I experienced a service level that backs what Outsurance's promulgates through it's advertising. Ms Buckle's knowledge and her manner helped to ease the stress that such an event brings.

I recently submitted a review with a rating showing terrible service. This was based on the theft of personal items during a move in March 2017. It is uncumbent on me to submit a revised review now as the company has agreed to honour a claim I had submitted. This has restored my confidence in Nortan Carriers and I certainly will utilise them with my next move.

I used this company once before and subsequently recommended them twice to friends. Whilst the move is done smoothly I cannot say the same for the safety of our perosnal belongings. With the first move a drill that was lying loose was missing. I did not report this to the owner as I took some responsibility for not packing the drill securely. With this last move one of the last items to be removed from my old house was a new glass kettle which was still boxed. Also the remote control for the airconditioner which I personally put safely next to the unit. Also a pair of hardley worn Adidas casual shoes I reported this to Ron Berchu the owner of Nortan who said he would investigate. It did not surprise me of course when his workers could not find it on their trucks. He then suggested that I report it to the police. I said I would not waste the time and that if I did I would have to lay a charge against him and put to him that it would not be worth affecting his reputation for a few hundred rand. He then agreed to re-imburse me and asked for bank details as well. I struggled to find a replacement remote control but did inform Ron that I was working on this. When I did find one I submitted the proof of purchase and for the THIRD time a photo of the kettle. To my surprise he again reverts to his original story that I should report the theft. I am now going to do just that based on the proof that I have both of the theft as well as his dishonourable actions. I am now going to lay the charge in his personal capacity. What irks me most is the fact that despite the theft I recommended him to another friend saying whom I informed of the theft and the fact that he agreed to make good for the loss. THE THEFT OF PERSONAL EFFECTS AND VALUABLES FORM A MOVING COMPANY'S PERSPECTIVE IS A CARDINAL SIN. But obviously Ron Berchu is maybe too pompous or too stupid to understand the effects of bad publicity in this line of business. HELLO PETER is just on of many platforms and/or associations that I am reporting this to.
