I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Tashas Nicolway. As a loyal customer and a fan of your Citrus Sunrise, I’ve come to expect high-quality service, but my last two orders have been nothing short of frustrating. This morning, I placed an order through Uber Eats and specifically requested a s**** with my Citrus Sunrise. To my surprise, I received only a straw, which is impractical for eating this dish. I called in and spoke to a gentleman about the issue, but I let it go, attributing it to an oversight. Later today, I placed another order for the same item. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find it improperly packaged. The container was open, and the Citrus Sunrise had spilled all over the bag. I called Tashas and spoke to a lady named Ceejaaa, who, instead of addressing my concerns, blamed Uber and suggested I take it up with them. I find this lack of accountability concerning. Tashas Nicolway is known for high standards, and this experience does not reflect that reputation. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues, as this level of service is unacceptable and far below what I have come to expect from Tashas. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Tashas Nicolway. My mother and I was Tashas Nicolway 15 Dec afternoon. We were regulars at the different Tasha’s and I was always able to swap out animal products for some vegetables that’s cheaper because I am vegan. I was so disappointed when the waiter and the manager told me that that can no longer be done as there’s a new system. It is so disappointing that at this day and age there are no options on your menu for vegans. I spoke to the manager and the attitude was beyond appalling and said that cannot be done and it’s my choice to remove the dairy products so they cannot swap. How can you expect clients to pay full price for a salad when we are not getting all the ingredients. I am very disappointed with this level of service and attitude. Must I take my friend and family elsewhere for meals instead of Tasha’s a place that will be able to cater for all dietary requirements?

I sent the following text to the email provided for this specific outlet. I sent this on the 3rd of October 2019. After receiving no response, I sent the same complaint to their HQ. I have yet to hear back. I am persisting with this because, on the day, because of the obvious contamination, both the Executive and I had to cancel very important engagements for the rest of that day. THE DISREGARD FROM TASHAS IS DISGUSTING This is the text: I wanted to alert you to a problem. I invited a director of Ernst and Young for a lunch meeting earlier today. We both ordered the smoked salmon, his as specified on the menu and mine without cottage cheese and ****tail tomatoes. Both of us had the Pear juice (without ginger) and later Expressos. By the time I reached my office, I was rushing to the bathroom as I had instant diarrhea. I called my colleague a minute ago who confirmed that he was suffering exactly the same symptoms. Note that I had a lunch meeting yesterday at Morningside and had the same without any issues. This, as I know you would agree, is unacceptable given the standard that so many of us have grown accustomed to with Tashas. I would hope that your response is not one that is going to attempt to deflect nor defend this complaint.
