My mother and I was Tashas Nicolway 15 Dec afternoon. We were regulars at the different Tasha’s and I was always able to swap out animal products for some vegetables that’s cheaper because I am vegan. I was so disappointed when the waiter and the manager told me that that can no longer be done as there’s a new system. It is so disappointing that at this day and age there are no options on your menu for vegans. I spoke to the manager and the attitude was beyond appalling and said that cannot be done and it’s my choice to remove the dairy products so they cannot swap. How can you expect clients to pay full price for a salad when we are not getting all the ingredients. I am very disappointed with this level of service and attitude. Must I take my friend and family elsewhere for meals instead of Tasha’s a place that will be able to cater for all dietary requirements?
It was such a fun filled experience with wonderful food that catered for vegan dietary requirements. The concept is very entertaining and great for an evening out with friends.
This is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They said my order would arrive end of September 2018 when I ordered. To this day I still DO NOT have my perfume. They said it’s the supplier and they send me a tracking number that is in transit still. It is 6 months later with no delivery. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM.
I ordered something that was in stock and they said max is 11 working days delivery. No keep you informed mails. Nothing. Expire 11 days I contacted them via web and mail and someone returned my call and said they would delivery in 24 hrs. Do deliver to date. I mailed, send on line msg and call back msgs no one returns my call. Poor service and I want my money back or the product.
The after sale service at Sandton City store was just atrocious. The modem was faulty after 3 days and we took ur back. They told us it is going to take 21 working days but we must leave the it with them. My husband asked if they needed they box they said no. After he left Sandton they called him to ask him to bring the box. Annoyed but he then went back to drop the box. They then said it is out of the box fault so we must bring the charger back. We then went back later in the week and took the charger in. We will told someone would call us. A week later when we had heard nothing back we went in again, after waiting 30 for someone to assist us we were met with an incompetent gentle that had no idea of process and or procedure nor were they able to help us. We requested to see the manager and he goes to the back room and returns 15 min later and no manager. Our sales lady returned and checked on the system and we were told that the charger was not logged with the returned modem do the faulty modem was not logged at all and it was a holiday so it could not be logged in. We again requested to see the manager and the sales lady they both go to the back room for 15min and no manager comes to see us. The lady then say she will come back to us. Again have heard absolutely nothing. I looked on the bed for heir shop kumber to trace the progress the numbers on the net does not exist. Then called Sandton information and the phone rang the entrire day and no one answered. I called at least 40 times and just rang and rang. My husband again went back to be told that no one knows what's going and we shouldn't have waited so long and yet we were. And said that he must come back when the sales lady returns. He refused and demanded to be helped and was given a loan unit without antennae. I called the customer Centre they said you must just go in as they don't answer. They said no fault was logged and they cannot assist me to chase if there's no reference no. I requested to chat to a supervisor and he listened and will send details of the person that I might be able to lodge the complaint with. I'm still currently waiting for this details. A customer should not be put through all this poor service and when it is a box failure we should be immediately given a brand new modem and Telkom should liase with Hauwai the customer should not bare the problem. The service and attitude at the store has also just been simply unacceptable and will it be tolerated.
Subsequent to my initial complaint and query for not receiving the data as part of the promotion I signed as part of my contract. Promotion was apparently only for 3 months but after Sikhumbuzo, the consultant, debated with me, he requested and obtained a copy of the pamphlet and saw my predicament that nowhere was this time limit mentioned in it. The consultant honoured the promotion and loaded the data.
I took a contract upgrade and asked the consultant that according to my usage what would be the correct package. I was informed that there is a special on that doubles up the data. I then up graded and was told only one month is doubled but was told it is for the duration of the contract. I have not been given the data and when queried was told there was no promotion, until I found the original advert , when I was then told it was only for one month and not the entire contract duration. No where on the advesimemt does it specify that the double data is only for one month.I have been chasing this issue for a month with no result.
