I have paid for my prepaid fibre line and I'm waiting on the tech guys from Vuma to fix my line. I was moved from Moja prepaid to Vodacom. There's no follow up feedback on when I should expect the Vuma guys to come through. I have never had experienced this with Moja, if my line had problems a tech guy would be sent immediately or the next day.
