I had some issues with my DB connectivity that was clearly caused by me. Contacted WebSpaceBar via their online chat box and "Admin" (don't have a name) helped me through the issue. Super responsive and quick. Great company to use as my host
Gridhost's online system corrupted on Monday and duplicated a R400 invoice. I informed them via email as no answer through call centre.<br> I receive daily warnings that my service will be cut... But I've got R400 funds available! Atrocious!
Through Twitter I requested assistance from Virgin Active on how to obtain the VA global passport to allow me access to the Gaborone branch. Within 4 working hours , 3 tweets and a couple of emails Robyn had sent me a letter I can take to the Gabs manager, requesting the issue of the passport and access to the club.<br> Made my day!
After another gentleman bumped into my car Discovery undertook to handle the excess claim, warning me that it could take considerable time... However, Vanessa sorted it out before I even got my car back.<br> And she's got a great laugh!
