I bought a set off Storage boxes via Pick n Pay ASAP on the 25 September 2025 when they were delivered I noticed that instead of of 4 boxes they only delivered 3. I immediately notified them via the ASAP app and received a message that I will be contacted immediately once my case is allocated to someone, today it's 12 days later and no one contacted me from Pick n Pay.
Application for a loan online. Website told me it only takes 3 hours for them to process and approve or decline my loan. Now is 6 hours later still no outcome from boodle. Went onto their chat option on the website and it say no agents available to assist and asked to leave a message, done that and they still do not reply to that message too.
I bought school shoes (Walkmates) begging on this year not sure of the date as I no longer have the receipt, the shoes got damaged. When I returned the shoes to the Promenade Store, Mitchell's Plain Woolworths I was advised that shoes cannot be returned if they are damaged after 6 months as after 6 months its wear & tear. So this means Woolworths school shoes (Walkmates) have a life expectancy of 6 months anything beyond that is a bonus, and we should be buying inferior quality school shoes every 6 months from Woolworths.
Highly disappointed at Boodle app**** for a loan on Friday 9th August and submitted all required documents but application is still not done even though the promised to action it with 3 hours.
Highly disappointed at the service I'm getting from Afrihost they incorrectly cancelled my contract with them and I don't have internet since Friday 02 August 2024. It's really frustrating as I've lost 2 days of work.
Highly disappointed at Boodle service, received and email from 1 of their employees Jonathan Pietersen that I qualify for a loan so I must send my 3 months bank statement. I sent the statement to him on Monday 25th March 2025 but did get any response from him. I called the call centre and was told that I will be called back but till now nothing has happened.
Placed an order online at 19h50 to be delivered, Promenade store accepted the order and the money deducted from my bank account. When my order was not delivered at 20h45 I called the store only to get automated response that the store is closed. According to Pedros website the store is supposed to close at 21h00. My family went to bed on an empty stomach. Really disappointed at your service
App**** for loan last week but still didn't hear anything from Nifty, sent sms no response, sent enquiry on their website no response and tried to call no answer.
I'm highly disappointed at the service I'm getting from Getbucks my application was approved last week Wednesday 08 January 2020 but I'm still waiting for the funds. When I called today the lady said she doesn't know when the funds will be paid as they have a technical problem, but I know someone that applied after me and got the funds already.
I'm highly disappointed at service i received from GETBUCKS, applied for load on Monday 15 April 2019 and sent all my documents on Tuesday 16 April 2019 but I still didn't receive the funds. I called them more than 10 times getting different stories. According to them they pay out loans within 24 hours but i had to wait for almost a week for funds to be paid out and im still waiting. Please advise when will i be getting the funds?
