Eagle Liner left passenger stranded in Hanover until 4AM – No communication, no care
I have been trying to reach Payflex since 27 May regarding a refund issue, and despite multiple attempts, I have received no response. Their customer service is completely unresponsive, and I have been left waiting for my refund with no clear resolution in sight. I have tried calling, emailing, and reaching out through their support channels, but all efforts have been ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, and it is clear that Payflex does not prioritize its customers’ concerns. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as they do not honor their commitments. I will be taking further action to escalate this matter if they continue to ignore my request. Payflex, I demand an immediate resolution and a response regarding my refund status. Please address this urgently.
I was a tenant with Seeff Strand for over 2 years. Despite leaving the property in good condition, they are ********ly withholding my double deposit. The Rental Housing Act clearly states it must be paid back within 7 days, yet I`m met with endless excuses and no resolution. Their client services are unprofessional and dismissive. Once you sign with them, the treatment changes completely, from helpful to careless. I strongly advise others to stay away from Seeff Strand and certain Agents QG, LN
