Formally Bid or Buy, since changing to BoBShop - have been having too many issues with the platform and the support team. They blocked my account due to a payment issue, but they never sent an invoice or mail....the payment issue...was a non issue, as it was an SNC that was filed and their system did not reconcile it correctly. I used to buy quite a lot from sellers on this platform - however, seeing as they don't value clients, who pay quickly - with no hassles, and are willing to block you due to technical issues in their accounting system - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They also take sides with sellers, who are their "friends" - so even if you complain or log a community ticket, they take forever to resolve and waste your time. The also do not have a case management system to deal with issues and you have to go through a whole ring around of explanations, twice or thrice over for no result.....spend your money elsewhere - I will use another platform for buying and selling....BidorBuy, BoBshop - you have lost me as customer, who has been with you since April 1999.
I purchased a Dining Room Suite almost a year ago. Within a year, the cushions have collapsed and I have had the displeasure of having to seek support from the JD Group for remediation. Suffice to say, the eventually collected a few of the chairs - now 5 weeks later, I have not received feedback nor status on the exchange or repair. On calling the contact centre, they advised me that the item is in the warehouse - awaiting quote approval for repairs? Quote approval for repairs on poor quality item that didn't last a year, and I spent R20 000 on....are you for real? Please rather come collect your poor quality merchandise and give me my money back
KFC is really down the tubes.....quality of the meal, service, even their customer service call center is a waste of time. Purchased meals and chips on the 29 August 2020. Regular chips and Large chips, was roughly the same quantity....merely 6 gram difference, yes I weighed them and have photo proof. Needless to say, the contact center tries to contact me 2/09/2020....I answer, the line is silent...call is dropped, 30 minutes later I receive a message, saying that they tried contacting me and will try again in 24hours, if they fail the case will be closed. I called them up on the 03/09, after not receiving a further call.....the agent advised that they they will be in touch - 72 hours later, I get a call....(06/09) - same story, they try calling me and I answer and no response. So I decide to call the contact center on the 07/09....after the usual "Sorry".....the case is to be referred to management.....You have lost me as customer and really I don't think I'll be missing out - if this is the poor service and quality you provide
Thieves, thieves, thieves....so after being given the run around on authorised panel shops, due to their mobile unit not being able to come out to me. Firstly, they sent me a list of "approved" panel shops - of which, 3 do not do work for SMART UMA and 1 closed down. Waste of time, petrol and airtime to get to the panel shops. Then the agent managed to convince Alberton Panel Beaters to do a quote. The quote is ridcilous - R5000 for scratch and paint repairs, which I sent to SMART UMA. SO NOW - SMART UMA REJECTS MY CLAIM, ADVISING THAT THE AMOUNT IS TOO HIGH As usual, you must phone them to follow up - SMART UMA DOES NOT FOLLOW UP WITH YOU. I told them I want my money back, they say I can only get part of my money back...BULL**** - you took my money, cannot provide the service and still want to steal my money....ROGUES - YES, YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ROGUES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!
If I could give Negative ratings...I would. Absolutely useless...logged a claim on the 10/01/2020 - only registered in their systems on the 17/01/2020. Nobody calls you to advise..they just email you. When calling in to query a claim, and you choose option 2 per the voice prompts - they tell you - no, you chose the wrong option - must choose option 1. Which is policy queries. Good luck if you have them....WESBANK, stop selling this Bull**** product from a supplier who cannot live up to their promises. You have to follow up with them each and every time. DO NOT BUY THIS BS PRODUCT THROUGH YOUR WESBANK FINANCING! THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CAN'T PROVIDE the service.

On the 5th of October, I visited Cargo Bedfordview Service Centre in Edenvale. I was having trouble with my battery, which seems to have died prematurely. Unfortunately the service centre was fully booked and they where unable to assist me on the day. Although highly disappointed - as my vehicle would not start and needed a jump start - the dealer was able to assist me with an appointment on the 6th.<br> <br> Did not expect much, due to me being disappointed with the initial interaction with them.<br> <br> On the 6th, took my vehicle in - and Sarel assisted me. I was quite negative towards them, due to my initial experience - but Sarel took it in his stride, and proceeded to assist me.<br> <br> The SMS notifications on status where excellent, but what amazed me is the follow through and follow up from Sarel telephonically. The work was carried out well, and the battery was replaced under Maintenance plan as well.<br> <br> On going to fetch my car, Sarel provided excellent feedback and great advise on my vehicle - which I highly appreciate.<br> <br> Thank you Deevesh, Sarel and the Service team at Cargo Bedfordview, keep up the great work - looking forward to future interactions with your dealership.
On the 13th July 2015, I filled up my vehicle at Caltex Monument - My account was debitted for R650<br> On the 14th July 2015 - Nedbank debitted my account again.<br> Apparently there was an issue and it would have been resolved, <br> Contacted the call centre on the 20/07/2015 - and was told that matter would be resolved within 2 days<br> Honorary fees where deducted due to funds being too low - which it wouldn't have, if Nedbank had not debitted me twice.<br> It is now 23 of July 2015 - 1 1/2 weeks later - and still nothing<br> Contacted the call centre, and after being passed from pillar to post - now being told that they have not attended to it as yet.<br> Thank you Nedbank for stealing my money, and collecting interest against this - while I struggle
Standard Bank - you have produced an absolutely pathetic Instant Money/E-Wallet type service.<br> I have tried several times at several ATM's to recieve the same message that you are experience a technical difficulty.My wife's account has been debitted long since, and I am struggling to redeem the vouchers, due to this...SO DON'T CALL IT INSTANT MONEY<br> You are earning interest on this, while the funds are not available.<br> Learn from NEDBANK - they offer a similiar, but far more superior service than your pathetic offering.<br> If you want to do an INSTANT MONEY TRANSFER, please be wary of this issue - may take up to a week for you to get the funds. Not so Instant now is it????
