Ordered from your BASH platform. I regret this because for a simple order, I will be waiting 8days. Your website says 3-5 days…no one called or emailed me…I had to call and locate my order. IF THIS ORDER EVER ARRIVE…IT WILL BE MY LAST ORDER. I will be sticking to SUPERBALIST. Customer service needs some serious work. Navigating your website is a struggle. Thanks but no thanks. I now had to go buy an extra birthday present for my son due to your lack of service delivery and sticking to your promises. Bye
Had to replace my front bumper and fix my rear bumper on my Mazda 3. I spoke to the owner and he gave me quote on the spot for everything. The price was really decent. I took my car in, did the paper work and a few days later...i was shocked at how "new' my car looked. i am truly a satisfied client and i now know where i will be taking my vehicle in the future. Great Job man!!!
It is with incredible frustration and with being given notice by my landlord because you guys decided to freeze my account due to a so-called "Fica" issue. I'm utterly disgusted by your services and I need you to get my account active with immediate effect. I have spent more than 30 minutes in your branch to update a simple Identity Document. I'd appreciate it if you could unfreeze my account so I can close it and be done with your lack of customer service. I have made two payments in the Durban City Branch, being assisted by Goodness Mthimkhulu, on the 27th of January 2022. I have been doing the calling to find out what the bottleneck is wit regards to my deposit refund. First it was the method i paid for the rental was wrong (who's fault is that??) Then i was told i got penalized for late return (is that worth R2000??) Then I'm being told I'm not getting my deposit bank, period.(on what grounds). I'm really dissatisfied with the service and i will escalate this by laying a complaint through Clientele legal. I have spend my airtime for 20min long calls, being send from pillar to post, with no results.
I just wish to bring this to your attention that this is the most unreliable network ever. For the past two months whenever i want to make calls, it keep dropping the calls, saying "Not registered on Network". That has left me to restart my phone sometimes and then still nothing. Last week i was stuck and couldnt phone my loved ones. And no, it was not signal problems, im so flippen annoyed with this ****. I have decided to port my whole family to a different network because this is affecting our personal lives now. Same thing as happened to my family members. And no again... we are all prepaid and therefore don't owe you nothing. This is pathetic. I will be sharing this on all other platforms.
Made use of their online platform, placed order and I'm still waiting. Their 1-3days delivery is lie, I had to follow up and call to find out what is happening. The courier this, the courier that. I ended up have to buy a different birthday present for my nephew due to their nonsense. I thought I was saving, but definitely not the case. Never using them again!
I had to submit a Health and Safety File for a Tender and Abantu Safety helped me with all the correct and legal documents. Their prices are affordable and they explained everything to me. I will definitely make use of them and recommend them. They young and really have a fresh approach to Health and Safety.
I cancelled my services in Dec 2020 but i still get billed to date and now they sending me letters of No-payment. You have the worse customer care ever. No response on email and when I call I wait for 15min before i speak to someone, only to be send from pillar to post. I have saved all my emails, so please stop your nonsense!!!
Horrible service, they refused to changed names and requested us to send an email, I'm disgusted and then this ladies on the phone needs to go for training. I will never recommend anyone to go there, disgusted!!!
