Hi have been a customer of Telkom, for quite some time know. Yesterday I wanted to upgrade, and couldn't, because my account has already been upgrade online. No one called me for this and no one can show me proof of were I gave permission to do so, or the proof that I received the device. Telkom stores can't help and the online number does not work. This is the worst service, I have to pay for something I did not receive or signed up for, and they are not even making an effort to fix this mistake.
