I am getting poor service from multichoice and i am being charged for things im not using. Since January i have been calling DSTV regarding my PVR settings that are not working, everytime i call i am being told my query has been escalated and i will get a call back but no one cares to call back until i do but come payment day i pay for the services that i am not getting. 2. I pay my account every month without fail and some months i pay extra. To my shock i paid on the 15th of April and my services were disconnected on the 18th. I called , put on hold for more than 20 minutes after that i was told someone will call back which never happened. I was told i owe dstv 1300, from where i don’t understand. So to avoid this horrible service and treatment I requested cancellation of my subscriptions except for the one i mentioned effective immediately. Services were reconnected only to be disconnected again within a day. You get million people calling you after you say cancel services but when you lodge a complaint no one bothers. Since the disconnection i just kept quiet and only one decoder was working then today i checked the app and boom i owe 2700. For what cos my services where disconnected without explanation? How can i pay for something im not using? DSTV is a **** and people should avoid it. Cancel your subscriptions and look for alternatives cos it’s a trap. I am very unhappy. They only care about our money 😡😡😡😡😡

I was trying to renew a licence disc for my car and i was told that i couldnt because i have traffic fines. I visited the AARTO website only to discover that the fine in question was wrongfully allocated to me. I went to the traffic department to sort it out but i was advised to call the RTIA on 0872850500. I called the number and the lady who was assisting me was very rude she even hung up on me.
