I received a call from a call centre agent of this company by the name of Amanda advising they received information that I’m being overcharged on my accounts and loans so they want to help me to cut those down. When I asked what accounts and loans she said they don’t know as they did not receive that particular information. When I said I do not have any accounts and loans she said okay thank you and proceeded to drop the call. Immediately after that I received an sms stating that I authorized a credit report to be drawn in my name and the reason is affordability assessment. We did not have that conversation about my credit report being pulled and I did not authorize this. Why was this authorized when I did not authorize such? I emailed the company to query this and followed up again but received no feedback. Pulling my credit report without my consent is absolutely disrespectful, interfering with my credit score for nothing by pulling this report. What a very unprofessional way to conduct business.
I spoke to Thabang Maphanga to make amendments to my policy and he went out of his way to help me with that and even got me a discount while at it. He was very patient and extremely helpful, I’m very happy with the service received.
My husband and I received the most amazing service from ACME Logistics, from constant communication, a competitive quote to a fast and professional service when loading. We were moving from Centurion to Port Elizabeth. Tino and Melokuhle were absolutely amazing and so friendly, yet so professional. They kept us updated about the trip as they went a day ahead of us and even arrived at our new place earlier than they had anticipated. No breakages on any of our items, they were very meticulous with the way they handled our goods. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs movers when relocating. They are absolutely amazing😊
Ahhh man!!! Makiti! Thank you ever so much for ensuring our big day was amazing. Everyone was hands on, from Marco when we first went to view, to Angelique with helping me with the planning and staying in constant communication. Ananda with the Decor and Flowers was so amazing and patient with me. Zaida our wedding coordinator on the day, such an awesome person. The DJ Winston, thee best and so humble. Thank you to the entire Makiti team and those I didn’t mention, for making sure everything was in order, I don’t have a single complaint. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but alas, all my worries wiped away.
The assistance I got when I called for help was very swift. I explained that my car battery was flat and Mzilikazi was very quick, he had my details on the system already, confirmed everything and dispatched assistance, that also arrived in about 10mins. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend MiWay to anyone.

I bought 1GB of data last night around 7pm, did nothing extraordinary on the phone and went to bed just before 10pm. I switched off my celluar data as usual and I slept. I woke up to find my 1GB gone!!! I called the call centre they cant really tell me what happended coz they dnt know. I had data that was scheduled to be forfeited on the 14th of March 2017 but out of that data there was only0.99mb left so realistically only that was meant to be forfeited not my new 1GB that I topped up with. My applications dont run in the background and they only update via wifi not using my data. Vodacom can i please have my data back coz im almost certain you guys forfeited my new data?????? Please fix this, I want my data back. I hadnt even used it and it just disappears???

It saddens me that every time I need answers I must take to Hellopeter and social media. MTN can you please clear that R2300 bill that I have no idea what its for on my account. I'm not paying for something I didn't use. For the umpteenth time, I used 800mb in July. My remaining 1.2 GB disappeared and some extra 3GB that I was accused of using! Ridiculous. I've been waiting for a month for a URL report to see the sites that apparently used up all this data. ?Poor Bongani a consultant from there has been trying to help me get this URL report, to no avail. He's the only person that managed to give me sound assistance even if I haven't received what I'm looking for. I regret taking a contract with MTN, had I just stuck with my cellphone network provider, Vodacom, none of this would have happened. I've never had to take Vodacom to hellopeter because whenever something is not adding up, they help me and give me answers. Can you please sort this out, I'm tired of fighting this battle!
I am highly upset with MTN really. I had about 1.2GB left of Data during the second last week of July 2015. My laptop wasn't being used much, it's at home during the day, of which nobody is there. Its off most of the time meaning my modem is not in use. Suddenly on the 1st of August I could not access the net. I kept on getting an error, I could not even check the remaining data. And I still couldn't connect to the Internet. I managed to call the contract call centre on the 6th of August 2015 as I had not received feedback on the email I had sent to customer care. The lady I spoke to, said my SIM had been barred. When I asked why, she said she didn't know. So she unbarred the sim card. I used the Internet briefly on Saturday to check mails and a few things and that was it. The laptop has not been in use much and has been off the whole time and the modem packed away. Yesterday when I logged onto MyMTNActive to check my data balance, I saw under unbilled invoice, a bill of +-R2200 which I don't understand because nobody had been using the modem so how do you explain such a huge bill?I need this explained to me, I'm not paying for this, for something I didn't use. its ridiculous.
