Good day, Please note this company will never want to update my profile , I have made payment as agreed however they don't update it nor allocate payment requested. It's been 48 hours being told it will be updates Yet they say I refuse sed to pay the account just for a lousy R154.24 that was paid. I need this account updated to mess with my credit profile.

When I personally call him he ignores us, sent messages promised to pay on the 25th April, 13 May and 18 May 2019, guess what?????? He did not make payments and still Ignore our calls. It makes no sense for us to follow him around for our money yet he has the nerve to threaten me???????????? GVE US OUR MONEY BAC****!!!!!!! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF FOLLOWING YOUR DISLOYAL, FAKE HR GENERALIST, FRAUDSTER TO PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!

i have realised your workers at this MCD they are all horribble even the service given to us as clients its not good at all, several times i have been getting hot chocolate when i order it is very much tasteless , i always advise them to change it, but still no change???? even coldrinks its taste like water , are you people saving your ingredients to provide us with tasteless beverages???? this is not goood at all and am not happy Sell us quality not otherwise
THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAIN REGADING THIS SMS THAT I GET EVERYTIME CONFIRMING THAT MY DATA HAS BEEN DEPLETED ,MY QUESTION IS HOW LONG WILL THIS HAPPEN??? IT IS VERY ANNOOYING TO GET ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP US AS CUSTOMER WHY IS THIS BEING DONE??? GIVING LAME EXCUSES REGARDING THIS ISSUE??? ON THE 19-03-2015 I SPOKE TO ZWELI SHE NEVER GAVE ME ANYTHING THAT IS SOLID REGARDING THIS DEPLETION OF DATA OR AIRTIME ??? GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THE TYPE OF A PHONE AM USING THAT IS THE COURSE OF IT, WHICH I EVEN ASKED HER TO ADVISE HER TEAMLEADER TO CONTACT ME, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT DONE, TODAY I CALL IN I RECIEVE THE VERY SAME MESSAGE ABOUT AIRTIME BEING DEPLETED , I CALLED IN SPOKE TO NHLANHLA GAMA, WHO JUST DROPPED THE CALL AS I WAS EXPLAINING MY QUERY, AM FURIOUS , AT THIS POINT HE DIECIDED TO HUNG UP THE CALL ON ME, AND THAT WAS A BAD MOVE FOR HIM AND I NEED ANSWERS, SEEMINGLY U NOT TAKING YOUR CLIENT SERIOUSLY , FOR THAT MATTER NOT DOING FIRST CALL RESOLUTION , THE SERVICE IS FUCKED UP, AND NOW I CALLED HIM HE CLAIMS HE NEVER DROPPED THE CALL. AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS SLIDE AWAY, I NEED ANSWERS , I NEED MY DATA BACK
