I have a problem with old mutual, ever since I sent message here on the 06 th November 2025. regarding reimbur*****t of the lung test money. They are quick to respond here but the action is slow. Since then, I have been taken from pilar to post with the promising emails. The lung test undertaken on was paid R1435.00 but they want to pay me R450.00 only, while it was not my fault it was their employee`s one. Another issue, I have asked old mutual to reinstate the policy for three weeks until to date, I didn't get a formal communicate with emails on the process. I am tired of calling their employee to check for me. I have been loyal to old mutual since 2009, I feel like I am not valued. I really don't trust old mutual anymore I feel like I have waisted my money for 15 years on the ungrateful kind of company. My concern is that I am too old to join other companies. I am pouring broken heart here for people out there to be vigilant when joining policies.
old mutual has sent me to the doctor to do lungs tests. i used medical aid to pay,i have sent them the invoice as requested. now they don't want to pay me. they say the doctor must reverse the medical aid funds then they will pay him his money. the doctor is saying he can't reverse the payment to the medical they must pay me directly.
Good day, I had a contract with vodacom four years ago which ended two years ago. consultant convinced me not to cancel the contract rather take contract on minutes of which i did. the recent contract has ended long ago, i am struggling to cancel it because the number they gave me is 082 135. i am listening to the machine only , cant access the consultant to assist me. the number i want to cancel is 076 2777 311.
Good day, I had a loan agreement with CapitalBank of 48 months from 08/06/2019 which was supposed to end on the 15/06/2023. I was surprised to find out that one month has been skipped on the January 2020. I fail to understand why debit was not done on the 15th because money was still in the account until 19 /01/2020. I found out this year in July that one month has been added to the skipped month. the bank debited again in the august 2023 . The guy by the name of Jamie from capitecbank called me before august debit, he promised to do investigation and come back to me. instead of coming back to me he sends email that i have agreed that i will pay august debit. my worry is that he said our conversation has been recorded but he **** about our conversation. what i can say is that the bank has debited two more months from my account. i did consult with ombudsman to assist me but the bank debited my account while my case is still with ombudsman. I am getting paid through capitecbank, now i m starting to doubt the bank with my money. i want the august debit .kindly assist.
Good day this morning I was browsing a particular book since I want to buy it, competition from @Amazon .co.uk appears I though is legit because to my understanding they sell books. I have entered the competition I won 1000 euro according to the advert , then they sakes me to fill my details I did in order to claim my price. I dropped it when they ask if I m working, bank account. after that I browsed their website to view if it is legit only to find that is scam. I can find their email address I want to report . I m scared they will scam me with my details. anyone who can help please assist.
Good day i have travelled with SAA express from 24th feb 2019 to mthatha and came back on 1 march 2019 only to find that the flight has been cancelled. we weretold to book accomodations for ourselves then SAA will payback our money. since then i have tried to contact them to pay but they didnt it seems like they dont want to. the ref numbers i m having are # 0052761 and 201900494598. i called 011 978 2888 to find out when are they going to pay me i was given 011 978 5577 to confirm with them, worse part with this number no one answers the call.
good day I have bought cellphone (iphone) on contract with mtn two years ago. The contract ended this year on January. since then my phone was giving me problem of not reading the sim card. i went to mtn stores they cant help , their respond was that mtn can not block the phone so there is nothing they can assist me with. today i went to iphone store to check my phone they say mtn has blacklisted my phone , they have showned me the system to see myself that the phone is blacklisted and they adviced me to go the nearest mtn . I went to mtn again they cant assist me. i have bought expensive phone now is not operating
Good day I had bad experience on the 01 march 2019 with SA Express. i was suppose to get the last flight from Mthatha airport to OR Tambo airport. When i arrive there i was told that the flight has been cancelled. They couldn`nt make any arrangements for accomodation and transport. I looked for the accomodation in the dark area with big bags. Worse part boys ( street) were following me. SAA does not consider our safety. I had horrible experience indeed due to SA Express. they gave me letter of cancellation. I tried to claim accomodation cost from my company , my company said SAA must take responsibility of paying the costs incurred. I send claim to SAA but no one came back to me. I tried to call them but no one answers the call. my number is **********
Hi my name is Amogelang I bought handbag and leather jacket from Mat & May at Mainline mall. i was convinced that their products are quality and should anything happen to the products they will sort it out. they told me to keep slips as a proof. the handbag didnt last long the handles has been torn out and the jacket is losing its colour while they said the colour is permanent. i called them several times they said i must send photos. i did as they requested and waited for a month without out respond. i made follow up the lady said she lost the phone so she couldnt call me. she then say i must bring the jacket and hanbag to the shop, when we arrive there they said the handbag does not have guarantee and they keep a jacket to show the manager of the shop. since then i was the only one calling for follow up. i called yesterday they say is not factory fault i must come and collect my jacket.
