Great service They assist you we'll through out the whole process. You do wait a bit for you products but it will eventually get to you. They do keep you up to date and products are well packed. Products are well priced and good quality.
Mr Dawie Fourie has been ducing and diving me this couple of months also blocking me for further communication from him. Please be careful him and his company
Recently bought a single garage door. Got installed but had no success with the motor. Asked to pay full amount, now a lot of stories with the motor . Making appointments and never pitch, ducing phone calls and whatsapps. Dawie Fourie is a **** and *****ster, don't use this company at all. He said he will refund door motor obviously way less than what you can buy a motor for. Still waiting
After ordering and eft they promised to deliver 3 times. After that I did asked refund on it. They just send me screenshot of refund, but nothing shows in my account. After back and forth wahatsapps I do believe they blocked me now. No further communication from them. Also there phone doesn't ring if called. Just communication through wahatsapps and emails. My next step will be SAPD if it will help. They send invoices through BB building supplies. Please be carefull before supporting these people

When they wanted to swipe my card for the fourth time, I left everything and went away to watch the movie. When I qeuried them I had to go to bank to get a bank statment and pay for it to sort their fault out. Had to wait 2 weeks to be refunded and only 2 times. When I qeuried the 3rd refund, they told me the lady gave our bavarages so they cant refund me that amount. After several emails to head office and them, also tellephone calls, they just dont come back to me and ignoring me. Now where is the fairness and customer service in this? Never will I again support ster kinekor.</p>

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I bought a Bosch GSR 1800 at makro in Desember 2014. The day I bought it the sales person at makro wonderboom told me it has a one year warranty on the drill and 2 years on the battery. It started to give me problems November 2015 that both batteries did not last long and did not give me the torque that it is supposed to or as it was. When I send it back to Makro on the 3rd of February 2016(couldn't send in desember because I was out of town), they send in to bosch just to tell me it is out of warrenty and I have to pay to fix it or to inspect it. What service do I get from bosch because I choose bosch because they are a good steady company with great aftermarket service, or that is what I thought.<br> <br> The other problem that I have now is I am still waiting for the return of my drill. It has been almost 2 months now and when I went to Makro Saturday they told me they are still waiting for the return of my drill.<br> <br> Again I ask you what aftermarket service do I receive from your company?<br> <br> Kind regards<br>
I bought a vw jetta 3 years back, they sold it to me with leather seats that they took to a plce to fit and vw gaurante these people. The passenger seat resently started not to pick up and warn you to put on safetybelt. When i took it to vw hatfield for service and told them about the probleme, they told me they are going to charge me if they open up. So i have to take it to the people who fitted the leather seats...now how am i suppose to know who these people are if vw sunnyside sold it to me like this and guaranty it? Emailed vw sa but no response from them either!
On Saturday 24 October 2015, I wanted to purchase two Noritake dinnersets that was on a spesial offer for R267.00 when I got to the till to pay they didn't want to sell it for the prices that was on the boxes. They contacted the owner of Binuns , Errol and he refuse to sell it for the special offer price. While I was busy talking to the manager the cashier pulled of the special offer prices on both boxes. The owner Errol was very arrogant and told me I don't know what I'm talking about , and that I am very naive to think that he could sell a Noritake dinnerset for R267.00 and that he can only sell it to me for R 699.00 per set.
