Had the worst customer experience i have ever had, after weeks of issues.. Not what i would expect from a company that supposedly focuses on customer service.
<p>Ordered Flowers for my wife for our anniversary a week ago. Wrong flowers where delivered. I phoned at 9am 30 mins after the delivery to let them know. Was told it would be sorted out and someone would get back to me. I told them my wife was leaving work at 2pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>The wrong flowers were picked up but no flowers for my wife. I phoned again at about 3pm. Said I was not happy as 1 the flowers had not been delivered 2 no one had called me back. I said I wanted a manager to call me. Was told that they would get back to me on a solution and get a manger to call me. 5.30 pm and still waiting.</p> <p>I understand mess ups but this should have been sorted out today. Tomorrow is not our anniversary.</p> <p>Delivery number ********** 08</p> <p>Total disgusted in thier lack of commitment to sort out thier problem.</p>

<p>Notice to cancel service was given and received by Telkom. They did not do this and have continued to bill. We have sent numerous emails and been in contact with them.<br />We will now hand over to icasa to hopefully sort this out.</p>
I did an online application 5 Nov for a personal loan, it was provisionally approved. I then phone every week for the past three weeks to finalise. <br> <br> I asked for 350K . Each week told a different story and supplied info that was needed. On Monday 23 Nov i finally told them that a supervisor was to call me in 24 Hr. this was not done. Today 27 Nov. i phone again to find out what was happing. I was told that they have not received my documentation. Out of closure I have sent again.<br> <br> Not sure if I will accept an offer from ABSA<br> <br> This is not the service level I expect for ABSA.<br>
